My pup is always smelling amazing after his visit to the groomers and always wore out after his time at daycare! Highly recommend!

We brought her there on 7/3, we brought her a blanket toys and food. I explained how much and how ofter she eats. However upon picking up Rose I had several concerns. When we dropped her the other cat was free to roam which was what I saw, when I returned the same cat was out free to roam. I  was told not to worry that you all had experience with difficult cats, but between the two workers they both were afraid to let her out. My husband had to go get Rose out so my concern is that if you could not get her out today how were you getting her out the last 4 days for playtime or was she just confined to that small space. I also inquired about how was her condo so dirty and was told it took a little time to clean. The litter box was filthy as well. At home her litter box is cleaned twice a day. My other concern was that the bag of food that I brought there for Rose,  once returned had very little taken from the bag. I am very irritated and concerned about the dirty conditions Rose was subjected to and whether she was confined to that little space we removed her from. Rose is like a child to us and I thought that during my absence she was well taken care of.  It took us a while after getting home to calm her down.

Traci, the owner, is incredibly kind as is the entire staff. We added a new addition to our family, a golden retriever named Loki who is the complete opposite of outgoing Sunny. He's very shy and timid but from day one the staff has been patient with him until he gets more comfortable around people and other dogs. Both of them have an absolute blast at daycare and I love having the cameras to peek in and check on them every once in awhile while I'm at work. I have boarded them multiple times and have never had a problem. My husband and I don't have children and as you can imagine, our boys are our babies. I'm annoying picky about who I leave my boys with and aside from my mom, this is the only place I trust. Before this doggy daycare was built, I had to bring my previous senior baby(who has now passed on) to a different, well known doggy daycare waaaay across town. The staff was nice and they had cameras as well which I appreciated but my dog wasn't a huge fan of daycare. That's of course, not the places fault but I watched as another dog absolutely pestered my dog for literal hours. He paced and ran from one end to the yard to the other trying to get this tiny dog to stop annoying him. Now I understand it going unseen for a bit. There's a lot of dogs, but after 30 minutes or so, they should have noticed. Anytime I would check on him, he was still trying to get away. I had to end up calling them and asking them to please separate them so my poor old boy could actually rest. They apologized but it was also the last time I sent him there. Also, a side note in comparison, P&PPS allow intact males which I deeply appreciate. Some places will not take an unneutered male after 6 months. Sunny is neutered but Loki isn't and I'm wanting to wait until he's just a little bit older. They just take extra precautions with intact males so that there's absolutely no fighting. It's just something I felt the need to add because I appreciate their openness to that and finding ways to make it work. Needless to say, I'm so thankful for Paws and Paw Paws. Myself and my boys love this place and it's such a comfort knowing while my husband and I are on vacation, so are the pups because they're having as much fun as we are.

My kitty once developed a goopy pink discharge in her eye due to being bapped by my other cat. I called and they fit me in that night at 830pm. The veterinarian was very gentle with my baby and did a very thorough checkup. Turns out my kitty was quickly forming an ulcer which we caught very early. We were able to heal it within a week! Turns out the place is open 24/7 so they're the best for emergencies. I also highly recommend this vet for their dental work. My kitty had to have a few teeth extracted and the vet took before, during, and after pictures that were texted to me for reassurance. They did an amazing job on the stitching and she had no post surgical issues. Overall this is hands down the best vet in Lafayette.

I communicated to the techs that she is very skittish and has came from an abusive home. They either disregarded this remark or didn't have the necessary experience to understand the situation and handled her just as any dog. Due to this she did react negatively and bit a tech. They then came back and told me I was lucky that it didn't cause any bleeding otherwise they would've quarantined her at the pound. I am not sure how more clear I could be saying this dog came from an abused home and is skittish. She has never bitten anyone as long as I've had her but how my communication was disregarded and how she was handled escalated the situation unnecessarily which almost resulted the to quarantining my dog.

Within minutes, Dr. Burke said she would NEED a surgery to open her up immediately or she would die. My young daughter was with me and started sobbing. I was in shock. Dr. Burke said with certainty there was a toy stuck inside of her that needed to be removed. I cried my eyes out and paid the $750!!! for the surgery. When I got Liz back she couldn't move on her own for days, they had cut her open. Then they proceeded to tell me the surgery was exploratory, just a test and there was NOTHING inside of her stomach. She was completely fine. I could not believe it. If I had known it wasn't necessary I would've never done it! I had to nurse her back to health from a useless surgery. To see her sweet eyes glazed over and in pain was torture. We found out later that ALL WE NEEDED TO DO WAS CHANGE HER FOOD!!! I was so upset and asked to talk to the doctor and she REFUSED to see me. Which that in itself told me she knew she did something wrong. None of the other staff were helpful or considerate and instead I received a phone call from Dr. Randall who happened to be the owner at the time, he proceeded to YELL at and tell me "this is just the way it is." I am heartbroken. You never expect to go to a doctor or a vet and be LIED to that your precious pet will die and be scammed out of money. I thank God she is still living. This place is a sham that traumatized our family! We want to never relive this horrible time in our lives. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
