I went to Catos on Friday looking to find some new jeans due to my weight loss. The 2 ladies there were SUPER helpful. They helped me find the jean style I was looking for then took them to the dressing room for me so I didn't have to carry them. They checked in on me to make sure everything was ok & even went to get me a different size in one of the jeans. There was one style they had I wanted but not the size I needed. They made the effort to call another store close by and have them hold it for me. I went the next day to the store & they had them held for me. I'm definitely going back there!!! read more

I stopped there as I do some. It's posted that dressing rooms are closed. I picked out a blouse and vest to buy. I slipped the vest on in the store and a clerk yelled that I couldn't do that. She said she would now have to remove it from the floor. As she approached me, I began to cry. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. Then she said, unless you are going to buy this. Yes I was, but not after this type of treatment. Left the store crying. Shame on Catos. read more

I visited the store recently and I feel like that it's really going downhill. When I came in there were people shopping but all of the clerks were in the back room talking to each other and laughing having a good time. There were clothes on the floor with the empty hangers above them. There were clothes hanging up by the dressing rooms and the shoes were in disarray I don't know who's managing the stores now but I don't feel like they're doing a very good job. read more
