I went to Catos on Friday looking to find some new jeans due to my weight loss. The 2 ladies there…read morewere SUPER helpful. They helped me find the jean style I was looking for then took them to the dressing room for me so I didn't have to carry them. They checked in on me to make sure everything was ok & even went to get me a different size in one of the jeans. There was one style they had I wanted but not the size I needed. They made the effort to call another store close by and have them hold it for me. I went the next day to the store & they had them held for me. I'm definitely going back there!!!

I was so embarrassed and humiliated. Then she said, unless you are going to buy this. Yes I was, but not after this type of treatment. Left the store crying. Shame on Catos.
