With a full staff of at least 7 on a Saturday, no other guests in the store. They were rude, snooty, inconsiderate & were not interested in making our visit pleasant. They did nothing to ensure to keep our business. We will not recommend Powell Jewelry to anyone for anything, in fact we wil do everything we can to discourage someone from shopping there.

Unfortunately my happiness for this set of jewelry did not last long. Only one week after I received these earrings I noticed my puppy was chewing on something. When I went over to check it took me a second to realize that it was one of the pearls from my earring. I checked and sure enough after only ONE WEEK the pearl popped off the earring back. I went to take the other one off to keep them together AND THE OTHER PEARL CAME OFF TOO. I was beyond furious, how are you going to sell us a $100 pair of earrings that don't even last 1 week. We took them back to get them fixed the next weekend and when we gave them to the jeweler he said " Good thing you got the premium coverage plan so you won't have to pay anything". So if my boyfriend hadn't gotten the insurance he would have had to pay to fix a ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR PAIR OF EARRINGS after owing them for one week ..... anyways, the next day we went back to pick them up and they were fixed ..... or so we thought. Today in my office, after having them back for only 4 days, I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear and out falls a pearl from my hair. THIS JEWLER IS GARBAGE. Will never buy anything from here for as long as we live. I have had $2 earrings from Forever 21 last longer than these ....

My wife stopped at Riddle's and not only did they fix it, but they were fast and competent. I have gone back since. They know their gemstones, prices are fair and often hace sales. Went here to have my wife's wedding set saudered as only jeweler in town i i trust. Again, reasonable prices. Always enjoy the friendly associates.
