I didn't have my…read more5 year old with me and was out shopping with my girlfriend when we decided to stop in as we were leaving the first store. I am SO sad that I took this store at face value. The decor was on point and the selection is outstanding. Imagine my excitement when I saw their large selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and Vera Bradley luggage and purses. The clothes are exquisite and the prices are decent. There's so very glam items that may be pricy but overall I found that everything was reasonable. Example, next door they sell blinged headbands for about $50 while here they sell some gorgeous ones for $20. I bought one today actually as I couldn't pass on the price. It felt like such a steal to me for the quality. The two employees were sweet and made us feel welcome. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and they kindly let me take pictures to post with my review. Can't wait to go back for some new Kendra's!!

Shane L. at the Verizon store aka Cellular Sales in Altus, OK. I do believe he wasn't informed about my situation by Jacob, or other employees. After dealing with Verizon customer service and Cellular Sales Customer Service Team I see they have a lot of issues with staff. I appreciate Shane L. for taking care of the issue in one day. No run arounds and he is definitely passionate about the company. That was refreshing after dealing with a week's worth of the run around. I left several messages for the store manager and I do believe the messages were never given to the actual store manager. I hope Shane L. gets a better team that supports his value. However, for the past 3 years I've been receiving their SPAM emails. Every time I follow the link to unsubscribe, but the messages continue to come. I can't in good faith recommend doing business with a company that is so carless with customer's personnel information.
