Clueless about Where the Latitudes Flexsteel line is made...not in the USA... China! I insisted on USA they insisted don't worry about it it is Made in the USA...oops. Cancelled order and re-ordered another line Made In the USA. Had a Lazy Boy delivered and returned spotted leather defect should have been caught and never sold. Had a replacement delivered...long story, hang on till the end and see. Roll top desk I had bought received damaged should have never left their warehouse poor quality control corner was clearly damaged and amateur repair job to try and hide damage on a $1300 desk. $1,000 Lazy Boy I bought returned for repair after 6 months of never working correctly Faulty reclining mechanism Doc told me pieces were missing. Delivery drivers returned it to my residence after repair, again...scratching the back trying to fit it through my door by shoving it through ruined the top edge of it. So...after $5000 in sales later and nothing but incompetence from start to finish I had to call Doc and explain my frustration to him. I explained my chair was messed up pretty bad and It didn't appear to be the recliner they took he assured me it was...still not sure. Explained all of the above to Doc his response was something to the effect of "you haven't been satisfied since the get go" His tone with me was I am picky and just can't be pleased. I told him to cancel roll top desk top replacement of the one they had to re-order to correct faulty one delivered. Might sound insane but wait I even refuse him replacing my chair. After all this what are the odds they can get this right and not keep repeating their Incompetence. I will live and learn. Great Customer service isn't repeating insanity and dragging your customer along for the ride. "SAVE" YOURSELF! AVOID DARBY'S !

They really dont have a sale going on. What they have at times are good prices on some items. You have to check in every 2 weeks or so. They will not give a discount, a coupon, 10% off for military or VETS. They basically give no discounts at all...ever. BUT sometimes you can get "clearance" sale prices. follow me. No discounts, no "sales" except for annual clearance items which they have few of but do do. I mean they have tags on their stuff that says 30% off! you know like yellow tags and red tags etc etc. But if you check in with them as much as i do you will realize its just a ploy. That being said. They have good prices. They are great people we love just going by and talking at times. But never mix family or friendship with business, rampant in Altus by the way. Nepotism capital of the USA. In any case you cant really go wrong here, quality furniture at a good price and sometimes you can find a very good deal.
