She had her people call me…read moreduring my work hours (swing shift) and during my sleeping ours until (10am) then when i call she greets me and asks how i am doing i tell her not so good she had her people call me three times in 24 hours. She responded by saying i if i had let them get a word in edgewise i would know why they called. At this point i lost it asking "now she is going to cop and attitude?" At this point i did cuss her out. I have to say here that the person that called me at 945am twice was cussed out. I will admit that i could have handled this differently. However this is not the first time and i was nice with them those times. Also Tasha was who i spoke with those times as well. She also threatened to "come get her stuff". I am sure there are rules to operating and i am sure they are required to call the primary and get some time to get their payment. Given a better choice i would not go to this store.

They really dont have a sale going on. What they have at times are good prices on some items. You have to check in every 2 weeks or so. They will not give a discount, a coupon, 10% off for military or VETS. They basically give no discounts at all...ever. BUT sometimes you can get "clearance" sale prices. follow me. No discounts, no "sales" except for annual clearance items which they have few of but do do. I mean they have tags on their stuff that says 30% off! you know like yellow tags and red tags etc etc. But if you check in with them as much as i do you will realize its just a ploy. That being said. They have good prices. They are great people we love just going by and talking at times. But never mix family or friendship with business, rampant in Altus by the way. Also fox lumber had everything this location has and at better prices only a couple miles away. Every time I've gone in here they haven't had what I needed or it was exorbitantly expensive. They carry a very limited line of tools, and an even more limited selection of building materials. I assume this location was designed to cater more to the homeowner who only needs a few things but there's nothing to get here that you can't get at Walmart, Atwood's, or Fox for cheaper. That said, the customer service is great, and its a very nice, clean, and well organized store. This is the first true 'Ace Hardware' brand store I've been to, so maybe all their stores are expensive but its too much for me when I know you can get stuff cheaper in town guaranteed, much less online. If you happen to live across the street and only need something basic, then maybe this is the spot for you.
