I am about to stop giving Altus Walgreens my business because of what I understand to be pharmacist staffing issues. Currently and until further notice, the Altus Walgreens is only open 10-6 Monday through Friday. This has caused extremely long lines through the drive through. I was on hold 45minutes the other day. The final straw for me was it took an entire work day plus to organize my meds, which was only accomplished at 5 p.m. Friday, st which tome there were 10 cars in line. The store isnt open weekends so by Subday night i am unwell and as far as i can see, it is because of the pharmacy staffing shortage. I still face who lnows how long a wait in line tomorrow, costing me time off work. I dint have time to keep swinging by to check to see how long tge line is. Moreover i am a person who makes 4 trips to Walgreens per month, with thousands of dollars. Help me Walgreens and hear my message. Reach out to me and tell me not to quit. I am a loyal but frustrated customer who is about to leave and wants you to know why.

I had a dental issue on a Saturday, and he returned my call very quickly. He went above and beyond to assist me over the phone and got me scheduled for the following Monday. It is impossible to keep up with items as they are scanned, because customer is too busy unloading the cart. I returned to my car and realized i had been overcharged for at least two items. When i came back in, the (manager?) named Rachel, sighed in an exasperated way, and literally starged her sentence with, "Like i explained to the man in front of you..." Well, i tend not to eavesdrop on conversations of other shoppers. So. Rachel explained, "We have a new system we haven't figured out yet," saying the difference coukd not be refunded. I offered to go to my car, to return the item. She saud that was not possible either. She never once said she was sorry. I will never go to either Dollar General Store in Altus again. What I take from this is, if the price on the dhelf is lower than that in the system, well, that is just too bad. You have topay any way and don't have the option for a refund. Thankfully, my purchase was not a costly item. I feel bad for people who have more limited incomes. If I could, i would give this store zero stars or an F. I can only assume the store on S Main is the same.
