One day she was off for whatever reason and another…read morelady was offered so I said sure. it was a polish take off and new colour, I was on a work call while getting them done and didnt realize she had used only the filing tool to take off all the previous shellac, rather than a combination of the soak off polish or acetone. she absolutely ruined my nails, I have the thinnest layer left that is super painful and now I can't have shellac done for at least a month because I have to regrow my nails back. I am so disappointed at how lazy someone can be rather than doing the regular process.

I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This was my second and last time here. I made an appointment earlier that morning. When I got in…read moreshe said my nails (bio gel were crooked and some were shorter) I told her I understood I had surgery and needed to cut them down if she could even out the others and one was shorter that was fine. This was the first mistake as she just made them all as short as the shortest one. I asked if they did chrome and ombré here she said yes. I told her THREE times I wanted black nails with cherry red ombré with chrome over top. After the third time she told me she can't do that. I said no problem can we just do a black and white ombré. She said ok. She painted my nails black and then started putting lotion on them I thought it was strange but whatever. She looked at me and said "You're done." I said "pardon" and she repeated "you're done." Got up and left. I'm glad I paid $50 for something I could have done MYSELF at home for nothing. As someone who works in customer service if you don't understand ask until you do. I don't mind talking to the coworkers either but at least acknowledge my presence.
