Walk ins are welcome and if they are too busy they usually have a time in the not too near future that works. I love the job they do on my gel nails! They do speak in Vietnamese to each other but not in an annoying or rude way and will talk to you and tell you the news as you are getting your nails/toes done.

I have a bad back so It's difficult for me to sit too long in a chair so Tienn does my nails quickly so I can be in and out pretty fast and I always walk out looking at how pretty my nails look. They are very professional and sanitize EVERYTHING! They do not do designs so If you are looking for some fancy shmancy place that does designs this is NOT your place. If you are looking for a job well done pedicures, manicures, acrylic, gel, this place is for you. They do other stuff But I can only comment on what I have done. I have friends that moved to Welland, St Catherine's, Kitchener and started looking for places close to them and they too came back to Burlington to see Nam and Tienn because they love their work.

It's clean, and seems well put together, overall. The only thing that bothered me about this salon was the quality of my acrylics, I'm not sure who did my nails because it was some time ago, but he left white around my nails which was hard to get off, I'm only bringing this up because it's inconvenient, especially because my graduation was the next day, and I couldn't get it off by then. In the end I would recommend Kenny's of you are in the area.
