I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This was the first mistake as she just made them all as short as the shortest one. I asked if they did chrome and ombré here she said yes. I told her THREE times I wanted black nails with cherry red ombré with chrome over top. After the third time she told me she can't do that. I said no problem can we just do a black and white ombré. She said ok. She painted my nails black and then started putting lotion on them I thought it was strange but whatever. She looked at me and said "You're done." I said "pardon" and she repeated "you're done." Got up and left. I'm glad I paid $50 for something I could have done MYSELF at home for nothing. As someone who works in customer service if you don't understand ask until you do. I don't mind talking to the coworkers either but at least acknowledge my presence.
