Wouldn't let them use what looked like a cheese grater on my feet. (In many places these are not allowed under health laws and for good reason.) They used a plastic kitchen scrub pad instead. My heels are still sore and burning 12 hours later. The dark blue fluid in the water soak was so harsh it stung my skin. Maybe it was a disinfectant? The massage oil felt and smelt like vegetable oil. Other clients came in not wearing masks and staff did not enforce current covid laws. I know the rules will soon be changing but I went today knowing that everyone should be masked which was important to me given my personal situation.

You arrive on time at the appointment to a newbie who will be looking after you, plus many excuses that Kim is completely booked! Sad for Kim to loose me, but then again there must have been some good reason I only let Kim work on me and was willing to pay high for her skill. And more and more of my tenants tell me they have left this shop over a $7.00 polish removal tack on not included in any of their services. Who else does that.
