I got my nails done here a few days ago, and I am very disappointed. Normally when I get the shellac manicure it lasts and looks amazing for at least 2-3 weeks, not this time. Aside from them being poorly done (can see through parts of some nails and others are streaky), the polish is already chipping and my nails are breaking. On top of all this and my nails lasting less than 5 days, they are over priced. Never going back. read more

Great place to get beautiful nails done! My first time, and the first thing I noticed is it is very clean, and fast! I had Kimmy and she was very good with detail - in her filing and excess gel when she was done - that is usually finishing touches I do when I get home but she was so good. Never had better nails in my life and I've been to all kinds of nail spas. They use their own filing system as well so you can have your own file each time. I have diabetes so wound/infection prevention is very important to me. Definitely going back. read more

I was very disappointed. They were very rude. i called and made an appointment, i arrived on time and they made me wait for almost 2 hours. i wasn't happy with my shape at all i asked them to go longer (the shape) but the refused. Never going there again!!! read more

I went for my first manicure ever today at Crystal nail spa. I found the staff to be very courteous and kind. My esthetician was Kimmy amd she did a good job on shaping and painting my nails. I was offered nail art that I didnt get done this time. They accept walkins and have free wifi while having your stuff done. They offer waxing as well as nail services. The prices are comparable to other prices I have seen listed online. As they are new, and just opened a couple days ago, they are offering a 10 % discount on all services until May 10th 2014. The only thing that I didnt like was how the one lady seemed to be hovering over the staff as they worked. Overall it was a good experience for me. read more

I had the same experience as Jesse G. The person who did my nails told me I wasn't allowed to look at my nails while she was shaping and painting them, I did not even say anything, she had an attitude the entire time I was there, she painted the same hand twice, forgot which hand she was previously working on. I already shaped my nails beforehand as I like the curved shape. Without asking if I wanted to change that look, she started to ruin the curves and shaped them awfully out of normal range without asking me if I preferred no ends at all, she shaped them flat to the point where it was hurting me because the ends got too short. The finished nail polish was chipping by the same night. These pictures were taken in the first 24 hours after getting my nails done. As it turned out she was/ IS the manager of the place. The next day I went to another salon, not only they did a quality job, but guaranteed my nails will last at least 2 weeks. They cared if I liked it, and my tip reflected their kindness. The manager of the CRYSTAL NAIL SPA is the single most uncaring, unkind human being I have ever met who is treating people in that place like they are on an assembly line, she is worried about the quantity and not people nor the quality, she is rude to customers, she complains and judge them if they prefer to pay cash and not with a debit machine; she does not care about the customers only about the profit she can generate, she is timing the workers like people on an assembly line or worse yet treating them like slaves working in those "SWEAT SHOPS" where quantity is more important than quality and if they cannot finish a job in less than 30 minutes they or their customer is going to be in trouble. IF YOU COME HERE FORGET QUALITY as speed replaces quality. There is one or two girls can manage doing quality work in that short time, but you cannot book or schedule yourself with anybody you may like, it's the manager who determines who will do your nails- regardless of any preference: so good luck as you will need it! I am most definitely never coming back to "CRYSTAL NAIL SPA" and can happily say there are - after all -other salons who care about you and providing you with quality work! If you are one of those who had a good experience here, it is because you were lucky enough to meet that one or two persons in that shop who actually knows how to manage work under inhuman pressure the manager provides. I also heard the manager making comments -in a foreign language - about costumers who are still in the shop that she turns into a laughing matter for the staff while that very customer is waiting in line to pay for her poor service and inhuman jokes. She I assume is thinking English speaking people do not understand her judgment. Shockingly unethical and unprofessional experience at best where the manager's people skills are sadly far below any reasonable business standard, to say the least. The most terrible customer service experience I've ever seen. read more

My parents recently moved close to this area so during my errand run, I yelped a nail salon and this was the first place. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't familiar with the area but I couldn't find this place. The area is just a michaels, lowes, and a bed bath and beyond. read more

It was my first time here and I thought I would try this place since its close to where I live. I had mani pedi done. The pedicure was okay and the manicure isnt. My nails polish was not properly done. It was all sticky and you can tell that it is not done properly. read more

Not a great experience; my nails chipped within 24 hours & staff wasn't particularly friendly either.

Wasn't the best experience. I expressed a concern I wasn't happy with the clumpy paint job or thickness of my acrylic and they did not do anything to fix that. Normally other places will fix it until you are happy. They could have been more friendly. read more

I returned for a subsequent pedicure after receiving an amazing pedicure the first time I went; my second and third visits have been a huge let down after my first experience. For a drop in salon, it is beautiful! I have even taken my grand daughters to experience the butterfly chairs. So what was the problem on my subsequent visits? I can assume the problem is that Im not a regular. I attend a salon 4 -5 times per year for a pedicure. I was treated as though doing my pedicure was a 'chore' even though 2 estheticians were sitting around with no clients. I think it was actually the owner or manager who treated me this way. She didn't talk to me, look at me, and did a very poor pedicure, ( painted my cuticles which were not dealt with). I thought she did not speak English so I wasn't letting it bother me. Then some 'regular' clients showed up and she had a very friendly conversation. I gave it the third try due to my wonderful experience the first time. I may not be a regular but I certainly will not ever be one now. It was a very unfriendly, unwelcoming environment. Such a disappointment since it is so beautiful and convenient to drop in.
