So, imagine my pleasure at finding a store dedicated to me! Unsure of what was in store, (ha-ha!) I paid them a visit. I worked in retail for more years then I would like to admit to, so I have an idea of how it works. The price tags generally determine the level of service you should expect. Sometimes you get more (or less) than you expect. Each time I visit, I am ignored. And if I dare to want to try something on the sales poeple act as though I asked to them to try it on for me. (Which happened to me once, and I still wasn't rude) Unfortunately, the clothes are not cute. Not at all chic. Not classy. None of that. They are so boring that I can't imagine anyone with a smidgeon of fashion sense wearing them, with the noted exception of their career-wear. As a cube dweller, I definitely see potential there. The problem there is the price. For these prices you would expect this store to be in Phipps or VA/Higlands. But the style makes me think that an orthopedic shoe maker decided to branch out into womens ready wear. Bad idea. Stick with you favorite labels and just keep asking them to carry more for our heights. Oh! and the jeans! Blggghh! Just had THE worst experience here…read more I'm a frequent customer of this store but Im starting to question if this store is worth patronizing. This visit I wanted to purchase a sale item and when I went to the cash register to get my additional 15% discount, the guy wouldn't give it to me! He told me that for as long as he's worked there no one got the student discount. EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! And when I told him I've received it before many times he said that those employees were misinformed. But he didn't realize he was misinformed instead :) The store may seem attractive and nice but some of the employees certainly are not. Extremely rude, unhelpful and acts as if they know everything.

I find the neutral colors to be dateless...meaning that I can wear it year after year regardless what the trend is...also they make a beautiful perfect cream color blouse that is perfect for wearing all year round. The ladies here are fantastic. Every time I come in here there is someone to greet me and tell me what sort of sales they have going on at the moment. She walk us through all the different styles that they have and show us other brands that are similar to Timberlands. We decided that the best course of action was to bring my friend's son in and let him pick out the pair that he wants and let him try out the boots at the store since you usually have to buy boots one or two sizes bigger than your regular size. After stopping at Louis Vuitton and Prada, I was so excited to see that Lennox also had a Guess, so I stopped in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile by Sales Associate Jasmine. That automatically made me feel welcome in the store and put a smile on my face. This store had a larger inventory of Guess brand, and I was looking for a simple pair of boxers. I found exactly what I was looking for within five minutes. This Guess store was fairly easy to navigate. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. When I checked out, I also got to sign up for a Guess List card. I was unfamiliar with this, but the cashier explained in detail to me what it was. I can't wait to shop at Guess again and use my Guess List card to build points. If you're shopping at Guess at Lennox, keep an eye out for Jasmine. Great customer service!

I hate shopping so much I asked my sister to find me outfits online, and when they arrived, nothing fit or looked right so I broke down made myself go while I was on a trip in Atlanta. I went to the nearest shopping center and went to the first store I saw - Lizard Thicket - the sale sign spoke to me. I was the only one in the store that early which was great - I hate people, too. After a few mins of looking around, I was approached by the sweetest sales girl, I think her name was Madison? I'm horrible at names. Told her how much I hated shopping, but I needed outfits. She literally went around the whole store with me to find outfits,stayed with me in the dressing room, and even helped me a few buttons and zippers. I ended up getting 4 dresses and a skirt - for $120!! They have a great selection and was having a great sale. The regular prices are not bad for a boutique, and it's a really cute store. I was so happy to have my entire shopping done in one trip, and it truly felt like having my sister with me. I made sure to let the lady who checked me out know how much I appreciate her, and she told me that Madison? was new and was only there for a week! Although I still hate shopping, this experience has been one for the books.

Sometimes, you just never know what you might find in these stores so I ventured inside to take a look around. The clothing in this store is just very cheap and tawdry,( very tight and short dresses, mini tops sheer tops and dresses). Much of it should not be worn outside of one's home, but to each his own. If you like "hooker heels" (very tall in gold, hot pink etc), this is the store for you. They had it all but The store is rather large and also has a section for men, (the store next door). The men's selection was urban as well but more tasteful with a nice selection of colored and patterned shirts. They also carried shorts, jeans and hats. I liked the men's colorful shirts with matching hats and think that they are a great statement for summer. I would definitely recommend the men's wear but ladies look elsewhere. You deserve better.
