I spent $80 on pants that I can no longer wear after 3 weeks, and express basically told me "too bad sucker" since they already had my money. They did not care at all that their product was total crap. I'll never shop here again, it's basically the new Old Navy. I'm taking my business to WHBM.

Alot of the white items were dingy looking or off white. The shoes looked cheap like they would fall apart instantly. It's one of those places you have to pick through to find stuff. This is review is for the Dunwoody DSW that is located near where I live. This store is in the Perimeter area in the Perimeter Village shopping center, and it has a big parking lot which means ample parking spaces. This is a big DSW, with lots of wide aisles so you don't have to worry about tripping over people while they're trying on shoes, or being stepped on while you're trying on shoes. There are shoes for the whole family (wait, I'm not sure if they have baby shoes, but, then, do babies really need to wear shoes?), and this is a big store that is well light throughout. I like that this is one of those stores where most adults can walk in and see which section interests them because the shelving isn't that tall. Single shoes are displayed as samples on the shelves, with the inventory for that shoe below in boxes so customers can easily locate the shoes size they need and try them on. The men's section is on the far left side of the store as you walk in. I was surprised with the various types (formal looking, casual, flip flops, sandals, boots, oxfords, etc.), quality (well made leather to shoes you know are going to only last one season), and prices (starting under $20 to over $100) of men's shoes. I found comfortable work shoes at decent prices. I'm glad I'm not one of those shoe hoarders, because I know I would've bought way too many pairs of shoes than I need. Just realize that Designer Shoe Warehouse is more warehouse than designer, since you won't find any high end designer shoes here. This place is definitely the store to come to when you want to save money vs quality department stores. Customers can save even more money by finding shoes that they like on clearance. The men's clearance racks are also on the left side but waaaaaaaay in the back. Shoes on sale, some at deep discounts, can be found in this section. There is only one checkout line that leads to multiple registers. Unfortunately, there were only one registers open with many people waiting in line when I was there. Overall I'm a fan of this store.

This visit I wanted to purchase a sale item and when I went to the cash register to get my additional 15% discount, the guy wouldn't give it to me! He told me that for as long as he's worked there no one got the student discount. EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS THAT ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! And when I told him I've received it before many times he said that those employees were misinformed. I find the neutral colors to be dateless...meaning that I can wear it year after year regardless what the trend is...also they make a beautiful perfect cream color blouse that is perfect for wearing all year round. The ladies here are fantastic. Every time I come in here there is someone to greet me and tell me what sort of sales they have going on at the moment. It was sign that you had arrived in my circle. Where? We had no idea! We were only ten years old. Mine was pink with a multiple compartments for various writing utensils. There was also a built-in sharpener and thermometer. If none of this sounds a gong for you, stop by out of curiosity but without expectations. The one thing that this place holds is an enormous furry stuffed hamster. It comes in smaller sizes, but I've never been one for settling.

It's small and cramped; two people could fit in one aisle if they tried, but there were only four aisles, so the shop isn't big enough for more than six or seven people to shop comfortably in. So far, pretty typical. I wasn't really impressed by the selection the shop offered, though, and because the location was in a fairly popular shopping plaza, there were too many customers in the shop to feel comfortable in when I was there. I remember having to wait a few minutes for another customer to finish looking at an item to leave the aisle I was in because she was blocking the one exit the aisle had.

They came out to $20 each which is unheard of is most stores. They have such a huge selection for everyone. The items with hearts right now are super cute! The stuff moves pretty quickly and is super adorable for the whole family. The staff is so kind and the store is so neat. The dressing rooms have plenty of privacy too. I wish I didn't live so close to here.
