Cardiff Bus has no interest in accurate timetabling for customer, and is only interested in average times regardless of how that affects driver behaviour in skipping stops - the stats look good. I was informed that their advice (though not written anywhere) is to expect it 5 minutes earlier. If only their buses all had a 5 minute waiting time between them. On time is on time. Late is late. Early is early. To fob me off with an excuse of it's not a timing point' indicates the level to which the customer is reduced to less important than statistics. It shows where their priorities lie. Getting really tired ofsuch poor service across the board with nothing being done due to some piss-poor excuse. This won't change anything either, but at least you know now not to rely on them and give yourself a wide margin for their error. Cardiff should be embarrassed by the association.

I work nights for a supermarket, as part of the food delivery chain. I rely on taxi service to get me to work, to allow me to help food orders be delivered, including to vulnerable people. No decency to contact me to let me know taxi won't be on time. Yesterday evening was last straw, again no contact to advise taxi will not be on time, when I called to track, phone picked up and put straight back down. Stressful enough to be putting mine and my family's health at risk by still working during this pandemic, never mind not having my work transport show up. Even when they have shown up, most of the time the taxi driver just moans about how they don't see money from my fare for 2 weeks as I have paid contact-less by pre booking using the app. And to top it all, they still have my money from pre booking a taxi that never showed, as they take a larger than fare booking fee in advance, and take over a week to refund back to my card. Never again.

For a long time you had to kind of fend for yourself here, but now at rush hour they actually have people helping out and employees and what not. It's literally right in the middle of a development of housing, and surrounded by businesses and whatnot which is pretty cool. In fact when you pull up here you will notice that a little shopping center is right next to it - although you have to kind of cross a bridge and walk back down to it. But it's good for your cheap shopping if you need it. They've also made some colourful admissions to some of the buildings here. I meant additions, but maybe they've admitted stuff to the buildings too?

It only gets busy on the platforms during peak travel times when people are using this line to get to and from the Valleys in one direction, and to and from the city centre in the other direction. It's very convenient for anyone working or studying at the University, which surrounds the station, or for those living in Cathays, as it offers a good alternative to a taxi if you want to get into town quickly without the walk - particularly if you have heavy bags to carry.

Especially with Cardiff Council's new responsibility to parking fines. Parking in Cardiff can be very costly if you do not adhere to road markings etc and even if you do, the car parks can charge quite a pretty penny depending when and where you are parking. For this reason, why not simply park here and ride the bus. It's only £3.00 to park at this facility which has ample spaces free throughout the day and then you can ride the bus into town for free. It doesn't really take that much longer and there is a bus every 15 minutes so you never have to wait too long before the next bus. The busses are all very new looking and this service is in operation 5 days a week. Monday to Friday the services start at 7:30am and the last services from the city centre is at 7:00pm except for match days when this changes to 5:30pm.

Additionally the train journey time from this station to the city centre is around 7 minutes. Something that is rather puzzling is the stations name. The station is located on the border of Llandaff North and Whitchurch, it would take a good 15 minutes to walk to Llandaff from this station, so I t think a name change is in order to avoid confusion.

Many of which don't have a website, don't advertise and can't be reviewed so they don't care about providing a decent service. When you complain to Regency about the shocking partners they work with, they just say "we're just a broker, nothing to do with us". Leaving them to take your money and run. If you want to take your limo hire seriously, find a PROPER Company to work with directly and read the reviews before you book. There are good firms out there, you just have to find them.

I don't even know where to start with this absolute shambles of a company. I had booked a party bus…read morefor June in February and paid the deposit, all fine and great customer service (obviously because I was paying them a deposit), about 6 weeks before the date in June I had a call saying they had double booked and can no longer do it (apparently no other similar vehicles or an alternative on offer), the lady was exceptionally rude and difficult to get hold of, she even said in an email 'we don't usually refund deposits but on this occasion we will'! Took over three weeks to get my deposit back. I then looked online for alternative vehicle and was then contacted by Regency trying to sell me another vehicle for £50 extra! I said no way would I pay extra considering they had let me down, Regency as a 'good will' gesture agreed to book us this vehicle with £50 'discounted'. Then the day of the event comes.... I already had my doubts seeing my past experience with them wasn't great (stupid me I know for booking with them). I receive a call from the driver an hour before arrival saying he is 40 minutes late, I said I had clearly stated in my emails that the vehicle is taking us to an event we need to arrive on time for so the driver being late would mean we would get only a third of the time we wanted and that I would not be paying for a full hour. Vehicle arrives (50 minutes late) and we had to just jump in and go straight to the venue (15 minute drive). I was promised three bottles of Prosecco and soft drinks for the journey... we had one bottle of Prosecco provided between 12 of us (not that we actually had time to enjoy the ride and have a drink). I was also told decorations are provided... 5 or 6 pathetic pink balloons chucked on the floor is NOT decorations. The vehicle was also absolutely filthy, the carpets were stained and rips in the seating, it was not the same vehicle I was shown pictures of prior to booking. When we arrived the majority of the party had to run to the event (the driver dropped us a ten minute walk from the venue). I refused to pay the remaining amount and I was then told 'they had come all the way from London'... not our problem. My friend calculated how much we should pay for 15 minutes rather than an hour and that's what we paid. So if you would like a journey in a clapped out filthy vehicle that arrives at whatever time they feel like, then this is your company!
