**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Regency are a broker and work with an awful range of private Limousine drivers. Many of which don't have a website, don't advertise and can't be reviewed so they don't care about providing a decent service. When you complain to Regency about the shocking partners they work with, they just say "we're just a broker, nothing to do with us". Leaving them to take your money and run. If you want to take your limo hire seriously, find a PROPER Company to work with directly and read the reviews before you book. There are good firms out there, you just have to find them. read more

I don't even know where to start with this absolute shambles of a company. I had booked a party bus for June in February and paid the deposit, all fine and great customer service (obviously because I was paying them a deposit), about 6 weeks before the date in June I had a call saying they had double booked and can no longer do it (apparently no other similar vehicles or an alternative on offer), the lady was exceptionally rude and difficult to get hold of, she even said in an email 'we don't usually refund deposits but on this occasion we will'! Took over three weeks to get my deposit back. I then looked online for alternative vehicle and was then contacted by Regency trying to sell me another vehicle for £50 extra! I said no way would I pay extra considering they had let me down, Regency as a 'good will' gesture agreed to book us this vehicle with £50 'discounted'. Then the day of the event comes.... I already had my doubts seeing my past experience with them wasn't great (stupid me I know for booking with them). I receive a call from the driver an hour before arrival saying he is 40 minutes late, I said I had clearly stated in my emails that the vehicle is taking us to an event we need to arrive on time for so the driver being late would mean we would get only a third of the time we wanted and that I would not be paying for a full hour. Vehicle arrives (50 minutes late) and we had to just jump in and go straight to the venue (15 minute drive). I was promised three bottles of Prosecco and soft drinks for the journey... we had one bottle of Prosecco provided between 12 of us (not that we actually had time to enjoy the ride and have a drink). I was also told decorations are provided... 5 or 6 pathetic pink balloons chucked on the floor is NOT decorations. The vehicle was also absolutely filthy, the carpets were stained and rips in the seating, it was not the same vehicle I was shown pictures of prior to booking. When we arrived the majority of the party had to run to the event (the driver dropped us a ten minute walk from the venue). I refused to pay the remaining amount and I was then told 'they had come all the way from London'... not our problem. My friend calculated how much we should pay for 15 minutes rather than an hour and that's what we paid. So if you would like a journey in a clapped out filthy vehicle that arrives at whatever time they feel like, then this is your company! read more

Wouldn't touch them with a barge poll. Told me £100 deposit but when booking said they told me £200. Booking was put through a third party & they added £200 to the price. When I tried to cancel said deposit not refundable. Got a full refund through my credit card company who would make a chargeback to this company. Steer clear of them, rude and ignorant staff. read more

Worst customer service. DO NOT USE We booked a limo from Limo Broker for Friday Night 24/3/17. We wanted a limo to pick us up from 5 different locations and drop us back at the end of the night on 4 different locations. In addition we asked the agent Mr K.P. if we could arrange to collect us from a different point and time*. He said that we can arrange that directly with the driver at that night about the return pick up location and the exact time that would be no later than 02:00. So, with all that agreed we booked through limo broker and not other cheaper companies who offered just 2 pick up locations. We paid the deposit and they sent us the contact details of Enchanted Limousines who would supply the limo for the night. So, the driver arrived, picked us all up, but not in the order we have asked, which caused some delay. In addition the driver had to let us out of the car in front of a petrol station, we all got out of the car because his calculations was wrong and the car bumped on the pavement in his attempt to maneuver the car around. So, we delayed total 20 mins because of those, but they did not charged us more. So, on our arrival at the destination we asked the driver to give us his phone number in order to arrange the exact time and location to pick us up for the return journey. He then said that he is not coming for us, but his boss would do. So, I asked if the number I already had was his boss's number and he said yes. When we tried to contact the boss/driver about the pick up location and time, we failed. We sent 4-5 texts and over 15 calls but not replied. We have been waiting over an hour for his reply, but nothing, so, we took taxis back home and we paid about £50 more in total. So, we decided to contact the Limo Broker about a refund. The agent Mr K.P. is not replying to our emails or calls, every time I called he was busy on another line or lunch. So, we spoke with R. from the customer service, who blamed us for that. She said that we requested different collection point and that was our fault. But Mr K. P. clearly says on his email that we could have this option. Then she said that we called the wrong number. But that number was the only one we had. Then she said we should speak with the Enchanted Limousines who provided the car. We spoke with them and they told us to speak with Limo broker. We spoke again with R. at Limo Broker who told us we are not getting any refund from them and we should speak with Enchanted Limousines. We called again Enchanted Limousines but nothing they can do. So, we lost our money. BEWARE of LIMO BROKERS. *Here is the part of K.'s email saying we could arrange a different collection point. We provided a quotation for the Chrysler C300 Baby Bentley Limousine for £325.00 on the basis on a collection with a drop off and then to return you from a different location in Glasgow back to the initial collection point. read more
