They still have a few kinks to iron out with the drive-thru ordering process, but the employees were friendly. We ordered a 2pc Whiting Combo, and a 6pc Wings & Shrimp combo with 2 peach drinks. Fish hits: The fish had the perfect crunch. The Whiting was fresh and fried to perfection with a crunchy crust. The outside of the fish tasted better than most fish joints I've been to. Fish miss: The fish was not filleted perfectly. My fish had more than a few bones, so watch out for those. The actual flesh of the fish was underseasoned, which made some bites amazing and other bites mid. This is my own personal preference, but I don't like fish skin, and the skin was left on. The Sides & Wings hits and misses: The fries and hushpuppies were decent. The portion of fries were smaller than I am used to, so I was thrown off with that. My husband enjoyed his shrimp and wings combo, but the wings were on the smaller side. Overall, the food and service are good. It's clear they are just dealing with the usual grand opening growing pains. Once they iron out the kinks, and get a website with online ordering to make the wait time a little shorter, the potential for longevity will be huge!
