Two employees working, one was great and the other ruined the experience for all 7 of us just ten minutes into the painfully long hour. ---- Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Within ten minutes, all seven of us felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. The most disappointing part was the staff. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, one employee's demeanor made us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. On top of that, rules were not clearly explained to our entire group. If rules are essential, they should be consistently communicated and posted in a visible, engaging way--rather than buried on a small 8.5x11 sheet hidden on a wall. Playful, well-placed signage could set expectations without creating tension. The cat room itself felt unkempt. A regular cleaning routine would go a long way, both for the cats' well-being and for visitor comfort. Even something as simple as offering lint rollers at the end of the visit would show care for the experience. The space didn't seem optimized for the cats themselves. A single hard metal structure is not enough enrichment. More climbing structures, shelves, or cozy areas would make the environment both more stimulating for the cats and more enjoyable for guests to observe. Most concerning, one cat appeared visibly sick. This immediately raised red flags for me, especially as a cat owner myself. I felt the need to wash my hands right away to ensure I didn't bring anything home to my own 18-year-old cat. Cats deserve attentive health monitoring, and guests deserve confidence that the animals are cared for. Overall, I truly wanted to love this place. A cat café should be a warm, joyful space where people and animals benefit from the interaction. With improvements in customer service, cleanliness, signage, and cat care, Caffeinated could become that. But until then, I cannot recommend it.

What an extraordinary place. If you love cats than this is the place to be. The baristas are super sweet, beautiful cats ‍ too. Took my girls who loves cats and we loved watching them thru glass window. You need an appointment to go inside and play with the cats. But we just so happened to stumble across this place and we were just so blessed to see it. They also have cats games that we enjoyed as well.

My friend told me about a cat cafe in downtown Puyallup that I had to visit. We met up on a whim to grab a coffee and look at cute cats. PSA, you need to make a reservation ahead of time to visit with and pet the cats. I'm not sure if you have to make a reservation to adopt the cats, but their phone number is available on the website. They have cute witty cat based names for their coffee drinks, isn't Ameowricano adorable?! I ordered a hot latte, sugar free hazelnut with oat milk. You can still order drinks and shop their cat merchandise without a reservation, walk ins are welcome! I'll be back with a reservation to cuddle with the cats next time.

Catffeinated in Puyallup was a charming and cozy experience overall. We grabbed our coffee beforehand, and to our surprise, it was actually really good--which says a lot coming from Pacific Northwesterners who are notoriously picky about our espresso. The café itself had a calm, welcoming vibe, and while the cats were undeniably cute, most of them were a bit tuckered out since we visited later in the day. They'd clearly had a full schedule of playtime with earlier guests. We still enjoyed our time there and stayed for about 45 minutes of the hour-long visit, soaking in the relaxing atmosphere and getting in a few sweet moments with the cats.

I've seen a few yelp reviews say this place is a little ummmm pretentious or overhyped, well yes they don't do customizations and they really don't want you on your phones when you order but honestly, their drinks are just worth it I always order their Wiener Schokolade in the smallest size and that's only because I do like the strong taste of the coffee when its smaller and don't want to over indulge (it does get sweeter when you order the larger sizes, and remember what I said about no customization) We also had a croissant, it was fine as an accompaniment but nothing amazing.

They are located in the Bravern across from HeyTea (don't forget to bring your parking ticket for validation at the cafe)! The cakes are beautifully displayed like artwork, but much smaller than I expected. Each cake is only 7" (for reference, a standard cake is 8" or 10") and the height of one layer. For $70 a cake (or $10 per slice), these cakes are priced like they're made from gold. My friend and I got a FROMAGE DOUBLE SLICE ($9.99) and a SIGNATURE CAKE SET ($13.99) which includes one slice of cake plus latte of your choice; we got the MATCHA STRAWBERRY CAKE plus a ROSE LATTE. Note that the matcha strawberry and double chocolate fromage cakes are only available as whole cakes or sets and not slices (minus one star just for that). The FROMAGE DOUBLE SLICE was rich, light, and tasted like fresh whipped cream (as the name suggests). It came with some dabs of strawberry syrup on the side, which my friend and I thought was definitely needed as the cake itself was relatively bland. At least it wasn't too sweet (I'd probably rate it as 25% sweetness). The MATCHA STRAWBERRY SLICE was better as it had very strong matcha concentration with a hint of strawberry. It also came with strawberry syrup, but unlike the Fromage, it wasn't necessary. With that said, this cake slice was half the size of the Fromage slice, measuring maybe 2x3 inches maximum or the length of half a finger. It was ridiculously small (like petit four size) for $13.99, even if it came with a latte. The ROSE LATTE was alright. You could taste the rose syrup and the coffee and milk were smooth, but nothing to write home about. The interior is meant to look like a fancy designer store with modern furnishings and lighting (which to be fair, it is located in the Bravern among the designer shops). They have about 8 tables indoors (honestly pretty tight together) or you can take your dessert to go. Service was decent and a waiter brought our food to the table within 10 minutes. TLDR: cake are overpriced for the small portions and their signature cake isn't that tasty. Maybe I'll come back and try the Mont Blanc with Hokkaido soft serve, but $13.99 for half a cup of ice cream is stretching it. Overall: 2.5/5 for food, 3.5/5 for service, 3.5/5 for interior

The ingredients may seem simple, but the execution is top notch. The bun is the star. They bake it fresh. Soft and tasty. And the egg is fluffy and filling by itself. The spam and furikake rounds it out perfectly. The piggy buns are a delight. Tried all 3 and I prefer the custard and taro. The molten custard is good too, but it can be messy. The half-star drop is due to service. It's not bad, but it's just not the warmest. They are busy, so I do recommend researching first before you order. That will eliminate any awkwardness. But the food absolutely makes up for this. And the ambiance is great. It's clean and comfortable to wait. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but that's the case everywhere in Downtown Bellevue. There isn't any dedicated parking for the cafe, but we were able to find street parking around the block. Once you enter inside the building and cafe, it is surprisingly spacious. There isn't that much seating available though. On a nice day, there is outdoor seating available. I ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and a Mint Mojito Iced Coffee. These were drinks very basic. Nothing extravagant about them, especially the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The Mint Mojito Iced Coffee was a tad bit better and you could taste the mint in it. If I were to return, I definitely would try other drinks or even their food items here. The customer service here was okay. Not very interactive. There wasn't any issues, but it was a bit awkward for whatever reason.

They sell themselves around being a holiday themed shop which isn't a bad thing, but when it's not the holiday season, the charm feels almost mismatched. All that to say, I love the idea, the space, and the vibes here but have often looked past it because of my perception with the branding. However, I will say their menu is great and the holiday joy is more of a supplement rather than a cover up or gimmick. I would comfortably visit Jollidaze for their drinks and get a working session. Wifi available, washroom (restrooms) available, and outlets available. Ube Phe Latte - rich, creamy, ube foam on top of a strong ca phe! There's also some ube milk, so a three layered drink. Both parts of ube were nutty, sweet, and paired with the ca phe amazingly. Strong Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk always hits but the ube mixture is a cherry on top. Up there with the other ube coffees around. Strawberry Matcha - honestly a simple no frills strawberry matcha. Smoothly whisked matcha, lightly sweetened strawberry puree, and a cup to be mixed in.
