This delivery service has been key in my goal to eat Paleo and lose weight. I cannot trust myself with doling out the correct portion sizes to myself, so I'm happy to eat ONLY the portion Catered Fit sends...and then I'm done. No leftovers for me to overeat on. Their cold-pressed juices are good too. The food is very well-prepared, tasty and a big change to what I'd have prepared for myself if I was cooking Paleo in my own kitchen. All the nutritional data (calories, fat, carbs, sodium, etc.) are provided. I've enjoyed the range of flavors, spices and cuisines I hadn't been exposed to before starting this plan. I'm grateful that I ran across this service through Yelp when I was looking for help to shed pounds. If I want to switch to a Keto or meatless plan, it's right there for me to choose when I'm making my meal selections for the following week. So many options to choose from which makes it feel endless in cuisines. My husband and I have been using Catered Fit for almost 2 months!!! We love the convenience, the quality and taste, and also, the variety of each meal. Whats not to like when fresh made meals are delivered to your door, that tastes great, and comes in microwave safe containers?! We get excited with our delivery every night because we want to open up and see whats for the next day. 95% of everything we've received, we like and the other 5% are vegetables that I don't care for. So far so good......have been using the delivery service for a week now and they have not let me down. I'm doing the classic meal plan with 3 meals a day, I might mix it up and go with the combo so they mix in some vegan meals. Before catered fit I was eating chicken breast and brown rice everyday so eating a new meal four times a day is awesome. The best part is I don't have to meal prep every week. My meals come daily I just leave the ice bag and ice pack outside and they pick it up. You select your meals the week before everyday you have a choice of 6 meals to chose from for your lunch or dinner and 3 meals for breakfast. A couple of things that they can improve on is the breakfast and maybe allowing customers to see the nutrition label online before they place the order. The eggs or just ok and that's the one meal that seems to not abide by he protein ranges that they advertise. Lunch and dinner offer decent amounts of protein , breakfast has averaged about 15 grams. This review is based on three things Pricing Quality of Food Customer Service For Pricing i give it 1 Star- The reason why is because 9 dollars a meal is not expensive but it is not cheap. Especially when it comes to breakfast where they give you two eggs and a tiny bit of fruit. The reason i am really annoyrd and will have to cancle the service is because you dont have the option to just get two meals per day and get your own breakfast which makes no sense. some people dont even eat breakfast. Quality of Food i give it 5 stars- No complaint here the food is amazing. Customer Service 1 Star - the employees have been consistenly rude with really little to no help. iv been on the service for two weeks and already will cancel after this first month. I have a lot of employees in my office that would join and think this would be great but most of them dont eat breakfast or its too expensive for them. Especially if you have to feed more than one mouth. I wouldnt suggest it unless your budget for food for one person is about 1000 dollars per month because you still have to find meals for the weekends. because if you do weekend days you will have to eat the same meal as thursday two or three times. read more

Food is good but the admin office is slow to apply promo codes to your account and will charge you the full amount of the meals, which requires the customer to follow up multiple times to get the promo code retroactively applied. Counteracts the whole concept of being easy and convenient. read more

I recently signed up for my first week with Catered Fit, and had issues from the start. The website didn't operate properly when I tried to sign up, and I received no answer when I tried calling. Once that was straightened out, I received my first meals and the delivery was really poor. I left instructions on my account to notify me via text when a delivery was coming so that I could make sure it didn't sit outside too long. I never received those texts. Additionally, I was charged $10 for a cooler bag and the ice packs that the food is supposed to come in, only to not receive them on the first delivery. I had to email customer service to get it. Then, once I did receive it, the driver didn't use it, and continued to leave my food on my porch with no cooling pack. When I contacted customer service, they denied it all and said that I was the one not returning the packs properly and that the drivers were doing exactly what they were supposed to do. I was very offended by this - they were essentially accusing me of lying rather than trying to assist and ensure I was having a positive experience as a new customer. Lastly, I paid extra for daily desserts and snacks, but never received them. I asked to cancel my subscription after only 2 days, but they refuse to refund me for the days that I haven't received food. I intend to pursue them for this, as they cannot legally withhold my money and not provide me the service I signed up for. I intend to go back to Fit Life foods and the other local services that are much, much better than Catered Fit. I would recommend you do the same and not get pulled into this scam read more
