She didn't know how to do the return and just suggested I go somewhere else since she couldn't figure out how to do it. She stated that, "We don't even sell those kind of crocs here." Ofcourse you don't because it's limited edition and SOLD OUT. She didn't call for help, didn't call for management, just kept saying she couldn't do it. The attitude definitely needs to go.

I ordered a bike through Trek to be delivered and assembled at this shop. I called before they…read morenotified me for pick up just to see if my order would be ready as I was passing through the area home from business (I live an hour away from the shop). They assured me that it would be finished within 1-2 hours. I showed up an hour later as they were just finishing up. One of the associates was letting me know some of the features as the tech took it for a quick spin post build. They did not upsell me on accessories that I may or may not need, they helped me pick out a helmet and gave me some tips for my new bike, as well as offered me two free tune ups as a new customer. Not only do they run a solid shop, they have beer on tap and coffee as well. Will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend to others.
