Guillermo was the sweetest gentleman ever, opening all our doors, providing cold fiji water, phone chargers, video, and plug in so we could choose the music. This service was quick to respond, sent plenty of confirmation emails, and the company had people answering the phones anytime I called. Trust me and definitely use this company. I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

We found that with John at Elite Blackcar Service. My call was returned quickly and courteously. We booked the ride home and left on our cruise last week. Received a message providing the description of the car, license plate and the chauffeur Rafael and his phone number. Once outside we provided our location and within two minutes, Rafael arrives well dressed in a black suit and white shirt, he loads our luggage and helps me into the car as I have a disability with my legs. We leave the terminal and relax for a short two hour drive home. The drive was stress free with absolutely no breaking or accelerating other than smoothness. A perfect way of getting home. We didn't have to rely on a friend, neighbor or family member. Rafael is a true professional and nice person. We highly recommend Elite Blackcar Service

When I questioned the massive price increase, I still didn't receive clear or trustworthy answers, which only added to my concerns about the legitimacy of the business.
