The best part for me was the outside seating arrangements near the vineyard. It was laid out so neatly and once you sat down you felt so cozy near the open fire. They have a great opportunity to select from 50% of wine bottles so Michelle and I selected a Franciscan CabSav from San Miguel, Ca just south of Napa near the Paso Robles area. Just an EXCELLENT choice we concluded, you will NOT be disappointed with this selection with hints of black cherry, carmel and coconut. We settled into one of their many rooms and selected a table where we could order from their menu with a nice selection of appetizers, salads, hand helds and small bites. Rebecca, made sure that any questions I asked were answered. She was terrific!  Eric, was so professional and knowledgeable about the variety of wines we sampled for our tasting. He explained everything from the beginning to the end!  This place is definitely a vineyard you should visit. I will say there was not one wine that I did not enjoy! I absolutely enjoyed every pour.  Their wines are remarkable choices that would be great for a dinner party or holiday gathering. It was massive inside and there was plenty of seating and we found more outside. It was pretty slow so there was only a few other people there. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable about the winery, beers and processes of making both. We did a tasting of both beers and wines and came away with a few bottles.
