This is such a special place- you can tell how much the staff and volunteers love CAT. When we came to CAT everyone was warm and welcoming. We got there about 20 mins before opening and were first in line. The one main suggestion I have is that there be a space/room where you can interact with the potential pet you want to adopt. It was hard trying to hold the kitten and not let her on the ground to play/interact with her. The staff were great with answering questions. Second suggestion would be to give out numbers when people walk in so there is some order. It was a little chaotic since we were there for a kitten and there were other potential cat owners that were being a little aggressive about trying to push past us when we were walking upstairs to see the kittens and trying to claim the kitten they wanted that they saw online. Luckily for us it wasn't the same kitten my daughter was there to meet. Once again this wasn't CAT's fault, but wish there was maybe a more structured way to avoid these types of interactions to happen. It was a little jarring to say the least. Pushing past 2 adults and 2 kids could have made any of us fall down the stairs. They weren't even second in line so that means they were pushing past several people to "be first". The staff does a great job walking you through the adoption process. We were given a complimentary first vet check-up waiver (which was honored by our vet). We were also given a bag of food to take home that our kitten was used to eating. We didn't have a carrier and we were able to purchase a carrier box for $8.00. Also they some times have more pets for potential adoption than what is showing online. If they come in later in the day or early morning these cats may not be on their website yet. Overall our experience was wonderful (minus the overly aggressive woman who was screaming and trying to race us upstairs). You can tell the staff love their jobs, made the adoption process easy and appreciated all the information they shared throughout the adoption process. read more

I can't sit or stand for very long, I asked for my Tinker to be first if I was there at 7:15 because of my physical and mental disabilities, the told me they would not release him before 3:30! I also was taking a cab and didn't want to get caught in traffic. But they said no, not even if I took responsibility. They don't care about the Humans in their Pets life. Staff was wonderful to work with! We came in to adopt a cat, and were allowed to meet 2 per visit. We met both of the cats we were interested in, and both of them were a bit loopy from being spayed very recently. We chose one and then we were given her full history; a presentation on cat care; a member of their team went over all of my questions; and we went home with a lovely cat and a new bag of food. They clearly love what they do and our new cat is fitting in so well. We couldn't be more happy! read more

We adopted our young kitty in October 2020 after our beloved 18 year old kitty passed. The process with CAT was wonderful! CAT was quick to process our application (and it was during COVID when adoption processing at other shelters were quite challenging). CAT required we attend an on-line live ZOOM meeting for "adoption training" which was very informative and helpful at preparing us for our new kitty and ensuring my teen daughter was prepared for the responsibilities and expectations. CAT was transparent along the way even informing us when it was discovered that our young kitty prior being spayed had been diagnosed with lice. And CAT was very supportive both during and after the adoption, even providing after hours personal contact information if needed in the event we needed to call for advice / guidance upon receiving and integrating our new kitty into our home. I've noticed overall that CAT is very transparent when describing their kittys' personalities and if any behavioral or medical challenges, if applicable, which I greatly appreciate as that has not been my experience / perception of many other shelters. We adopted our 2nd kitty in December 2020 from a different shelter in Oregon and the process was quite the opposite and fraught with great turmoil and lack of transparency. From this point forward, I will not adopt from anywhere else but CAT. I would highly recommend CAT over all other shelter options. The experience was slightly different each time (The first time, the Adoption Counseling session was one-on-one, the second time it was a group. The first time, we picked up from the Foster's home, and the second time we picked up from the shelter). In all cases, it was everything we could have asked for. The volunteers and employees are committed and caring, and the kittens were very well taken care of. Adopted kittens twice, first one cost over 1000$ in medical bills with no answers on what was going on. Ears and fur on head were crusty and oozing puss. We had to return her because she was suffering so bad. Found out she had already been adopted out and returned before us. Second kitty had to go to emergency four days after adoption. She started sneezing and spiked a high fever, vet said she could die. Hopefully she will pull through with her antibiotics. Our year old cat (not from Cat Adoption Team) is now infected and ill because of the new adoption. Back to the vet tomorrow :( I just think CAT needs to quarantine new arrivals and not push them into homes when they know they are sick. We are so in love with the kitty we adopted yesterday, and very grateful to the exceptionally friendly staff for helping us give her a furever home. Within an hour of us introducing her to a 'safe space' room, she was very comfortable. She was clearly well taken care of the staff before she became a member of the family. Unfortunately, we were forced to dock a star for a clerical mishap. We showed up two days ago at the time they told us to to bring her home, and after a lot of confusion, it turned out they made a scheduling error and we had to come back the next day. This might not be a big deal to some, but for us, taking off work early and driving 30 minutes away from home is a huge deal. Not to mention the extreme disappointment of having to leave empty handed, forgoing some pay for a few hours isn't easy at all. Having said that, the kitty is amazing, the staff is very nice, and I would definitely recommend this place to people looking to add a kitty to their home. Oregon Humane is great, sure, but the smaller shelters are a lot less competitive. read more

I cannot recommend that anyone adopt from here. We adopted a kitten in October, and the following morning after adopting her we noticed she seemed ill. I contacted the adoption counselor by phone and she said it should be fine, just give it some time for her to adjust. We let another two days pass under CATs advice, but finally decided we had to take her to the vet. They determined she had a very bad URI that had turned into pneumonia. She also had a terrible tapeworm infection. She went through two different rounds of antibiotics and deworming on my dime, even though she was sick when we adopted her. She ended up passing away within 2 weeks. I called CAT, explained the situation, and they said they would help me with a new kitten when I was ready. After my heart began to heal, I saw a new set of kittens go out into foster care. I attempted to contact the foster parent 3 times, with no response. Then I found the little man of my dreams through another foster's IG. I spoke to the foster mom and because she was out of town she told me that she couldn't pre-adopt him. I expressed my concern, because I didn't want to lose him, but she said she would put my name on his neuter paperwork and it wouldn't be a problem. So on his neuter day, I drove my kids to the shelter to go pick up our new baby. He was supposed to be done at 4, but I arrived at 3:30 just to be ready for him. I let them know I was there and the lady at the front said, oh yes I was told you were coming in. So I go to see him, and I see another couple speaking to an adoption counselor about him. I advised them there must be a mistake. I was told by the foster mom that I was to be able to adopt him, my name was on his paperwork. The ladies at the front desk then changed their story and said they don't do that. They said the foster mom didn't have authorization to make that kind of promise. But she DID make that promise, and I was here with my kids who I had already told that we were going to adopt this cat and showed them pictures and let them fall in love. It should have been honored. They said sorry, because someone else got there a couple of minutes before me and asked to adopt him, even though they were still there and the process had not been started, they couldn't do anything. First come, first served. I broke down in tears, and my kids were so confused. I felt the loss of my baby all over again. They told me to look around for something else, but that's not how the heart works. To be frank, I had looked at some of the other kittens that were there that day and most of them appeared to have URIs. They shouldn't have been out in general population if they were that sick. This shelter is overpriced, they do not treat sick kittens properly, and they do not follow through on their word. We have since adopted kittens from MeowVillage that were less than half the cost of the $200 CAT adoption fee, and they are in great health. If you want a healthy kitten, and to support a great organization, do not look for your kittens here. read more

My feline companions have all been from CAT. This review is actually several years old because it's been a long time since I got my kittens, but I've always had a pleasant experience there. My wife also volunteered there for a time as well and enjoyed it. A few notes about this place: * It's a no-kill shelter. * They require all cats and kittens be fixed before being adopted. * You need to promise that your cats will be indoor only. * You need to promise to never declaw your cats. The adoption price is reasonable ranging from $60 to $125 and they occasionally have sales and promotions for discounted adoption costs. It's a great deal considering all that you get with it such as the spay/neuter surgery, micro-chipping, and vaccinations. Much of their staff are volunteers and in my dealings with them over the years, I've only had a problem with one of their people (whom doesn't work/volunteer there anymore) with being snobby. Sadly, I can't say I'm looking forward to getting my next cat from CAT because that means either one of my cats have died or I turned into a crazy cat guy, but when that time comes, CAT will be my first choice. read more

We named it Turtle and was able to feed it twice a day but was unable to take it in due to our family already having our cat Lemmywinks. Needless to say there is always a way to help an animal in need if you reach out in your community. We found out little turtle was an older kitty with a hernia that needs a surgery and cat adoption team happily took her in and will take care of her medical needs and find her a loving home. I don't even know where to begin with my praise for this wonderful no kill shelter. I was able to do some volunteering there before I started back in college and my schedule became too hectic. I cannot even tell you how impressed I am with how well their cats are treated. Many of the caregivers know each cat by name, as well as preferences and personalities. They give them as much love and support as they possibly can and celebrate each time a kitty finds their forever home. My Mother adopted her kitty (Coco) from there about 3 years ago and our whole family is enamoured with her. CAT partners with many other animal shelters in the Portland Metro area and beyond to make sure that more and more kitties find a home. If you love cats as much as I do, also consider making a donation to their Thrift Shop, located in the Raleigh Hills area. It's a really cute little place and I always find something to take home when I make a donation. I wish more animal shelters could follow the model that CAT had created, it could save so many more lives as well as give quality of life to those kitties who are waiting to be adopted. First, I want to be absolutely clear, in that I support the efforts and mission of the CAT and places like it, and while the litigious vengeful side of me would dearly love to seek some sort of restitution for my ordeal, I still believe in their efforts. That said, I share this experience as a cautionary tale to others to be hyper aware of what is happening - especially if you have established adult cats. Let me also be clear, I completely agree with and support spaying and neutering - if more people did so perhaps we wouldn't find ourselves in such need of these types of places and the situations they create. What I cannot agree with, in spite of their veterinarians assurances otherwise, is the extremely young age they do these operations, especially in the case of spaying. With that, a tale of caution that will hopefully help you avoid a similar situation. We had already adopted a kitten from a private party, and owing to my belief that a kitten should be at least 6 months old we had scheduled her spay surgery to happen two weeks ago as of the date of this post. She also has a hernia that needs repair that was to be done at the same time. Meanwhile, she was driving our single adult cat up a wall with her boundless energy (side note, if one of a pair suddenly passes, my advice is either adopt soon or forget it and let the older cat live in peace; if slightly lonely). Solution; adopt another kitten so the younger ones can bond and hopefully leave the old man alone. CAT had by then come into a glut of new kittens, and we went to visit what was then a healthy playful kitten living at her pre-adoption host family. But 2 weeks later, I retrieved a sad sickly looking animal from CAT along with some eye drops for an "eye infection" (or possibly an injury from rough housing, wasn't quite sure at the time). I attributed her presentation to her surgery earlier that day and took her home. 5 days later we were at our vet with her because she was sneezing almost continuously and having difficulty breathing. Turns out the "eye" problem was just a symptom of a severe respiratory virus commonly contracted in shelters where too many cats are in close proximity. She infected the other kitten as well, which meant putting her at further risk of complications due to her hernia, because we then had to postpone her surgery, due to the infection. But worst of all, the adult cat caught it as well. Think about a senior catching his or her first ever case of chicken pox. In other words, adults don't deal well with childhood diseases. Our boy got severely ill and stopped eating completely. We were at one point literally 24 hours from having to surgically place a feeding tube. One more day and our vet said we could be risking liver failure if he didn't get some food. He could have died as a result of this. We are now one week past running daily trips over multiple days to our vet (and 1 to the after hours emergency) with him and well past several thousand dollars in vet bills; and while it looks as if he has finally turned the corner, he is still suffering and not fully recovered. So, my advice to CAT is, don't send home potentially sick animals to unsuspecting adoptive households; especially where adult animals already live. And if you are adopting, make sure you really take care to keep the new kitten isolated for at least a week. We did keep the new kitten quarantined but for only 3 days as she seemed ready to join the others, and believing she had a simple eye infection that should have no longer been contagious by then. read more

I've adopted two forever friends from this place. My most recent buddy is a fluffy teddy bear, Jasper. When I first saw this guy he was pacing inside of his little cage like a trapped lion. I walked up to him and he gave me 'the stare'. I instantly knew he was coming home with me. He likes his belly rubbed and talks if you say his name. Do not go near this place. They are dishonest. I chose to adopt one of the kitties, filled out the application, and having more than 30 years of having cats, was willing to take on an "energetic" youngster. They didn't want me to adopt the cat because some volunteer decided for me that it wouldn't be a good fit. After I protested and threatened to file a complaint, I was advised the cat I wanted was adopted by someone else. Next day the manager of the rescue called and said she wanted to clear up some confusion and if I still wanted to adopt the cat I would be able to do so. Really? They lied. Just to be clear, I have the text message explicitly saying the cat had been adopted - identified by name. There was no confusion Shame on these people! read more

DO NOT adopt from CAT Adoption Team to save yourself from being bankrupt as they adopt out sick animals and then ignore you and tell you to go away. I adopted a 2 year old cat last summer from CAT and instantly fell in love when I met her, and she's been the most amazing addition to our family. They told me she was perfectly healthy and upon request of health records at the adoption appointment, the lady I was meeting with conveniently could not find them. I adopted her anyways because of the sad story I was told and trusted that CAT was a reputable organization. I was very, very wrong. Upon getting her home I started to notice black specks on the walls EVERYWHERE. We quickly realized that she had a crusty ear. I called CAT right away and was told basically that it's my problem now. Okay. So we go to the vet thinking it's an ear infection and treat at such. After this, the issue persisted and we went through 4 vets at this point for different opinions and finally a vet told us they couldn't help because it's a much larger issue and that they would charge a minimum of $700 to explore the issue. This is only within a few months of adoption....it gets much worse. I reached out to CAT and they said they would look at the ear since I (understandably) expressed my concerns to the shelter manager, Madeline. I brought her in and they conveniently didn't have her scheduled but were able to take her anyways. They discovered she had a polyp and the vet said "it was right there, I don't know why your vet didn't see it"...uhh, THEN ITS OBVIOUS THAT TOU SAW IT WHEN YOU PUT HER OUT FOR ADOPTION - the vet didn't respond. They couldn't get it out so they tried again in a few weeks and removed a polyp. Great. I received no follow up advice or medication, only a few pain meds. Within only a month the issue was back and my poor cat was sick all over again within a month of two removal attempts. I tried to follow up and was told there was nothing more they could do and I needed to find a vet elsewhere (I have all the documentation in emails). This is when I again requested all of her paperwork and vet records - LOW AND BEHOLD RIGHT THERE IN HER PAPERWORK it says there is an ear issue and it was NOT investigated or treated. I've tried to reach out a few more times and have received no response. So we see a dermatology surgeon at VCA and their surgery basically that they did was botched. There's a HUGE hole in my cats eardrum now and she's deaf in that ear. I spent $4,000, yes - FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS, just for that surgery. On top of every follow-up visit is $400-$700 every 6-8 weeks. As of now, I've spent nearly $6,000+ because of their negligence. Was just at the vet AGAIN on Wednesday and guess what?! Another f****** infection because the ear issue is still going and the vet can't figure out what's wrong! She needs a total ear ablation now to remove the inner ear and that was estimated at $6000-$7000. These people are absolute crooks to say the very least (this is a public platform so I'll keep it PG) and are a complete menace to society by adopting out sick pets and making it the responsibility of unsuspecting people in our community. They should not be allowed to be near animals. Everyone I tell this to, including many many veterinary professionals at this point, are all appalled at the situation and agree that this should have been remedied by CAT prior to her adoption. So, I'm now I'm the brink of bankruptcy (literally) because I've gone into so much debt trying to help my cat because I'm not negligent and irresponsible and actually believe in taking care of the animals that I have in my care. They were fully aware that she had an issue as documented and adopted her out anyways to avoid having to deal with the issue - I have brought this up in emails and they never deny it. CAT, assuming (and hopefully) you read this, shame shame SHAME on you. But you're probably going to ignore this like you've all ignored me for the last year and a half and told me to go away to avoid your problem. I tried to work with you to no avail. If you're not going to be responsible with your adoptions, you should not be in the business of animal adoption. Simple as that. Please do not do business with these people. read more

After reading some reviews, I thought I'd share my CAT experience. I adopted a year old kitty from them just about a week ago. I had placed a hold on her late September and came back the following business day to adopt. When I arrived, I was told that my little kitty had spiked a fever and had been taken off the adoption list until she improved health-wise. Even though I was upset I couldn't bring my baby home, I was also very thankful that CAT wanted her in good health before sending her away. They extended my hold and let me know that they'd call when she was ready. A little over a week went by and I got a call saying she was off antibiotics and available for adoption. I drove there right after work and had a long, educational conversation with one of their adoption advisors. The gal informed me that they offer vet assistance up to two weeks after adoption date and heavily encouraged me to sign up for pet insurance with free trial. After the helpful one-on-one, she sent me home with a folder filled with great info, a bag of kibble and my forever fur-baby. I don't believe in five-star reviews, because there is always room for improvement, but I certainly went away happy. Please don't allow bad reviews to persuade you away from shelter adopting- the customer service shouldn't be why you're going. At the end of the day, almost all shelter kitties will gain health when they get home. Adoption agencies are like public schools- packed tight so sometimes the sick spreads. Thankfully, in my case, they were able to detect that my little girl was sick and handled it prior. read more

We didn't end up getting a kitty but the place looked very clean and well kept. The cats are in a good size cage with a bed and you. There's also private rooms that lets you meet them outside their cage. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't have a lot of cats to choose from which I guess is a good thing. read more

I adopted my Russian Blue mix 10 years ago from CAT, and he has been my best buddy ever since. Yesterday we brought my mother in law here to find a kitten and she went home with a 10 week old tuxedo female, along with some accessories from their retail area. So I picked my cat up from his neuter appointment and he had a pee pad in his crate... COVERED in pee it was all over him, his stomach, tail, paws, even his poor face who knows how long they left him like this for and after having an incision your not supposed to bathe them for 10 days.. but they want you to keep the wound clean and dry. Ummm HOW is it going to stay clean or dry when he is covered in his own pee?! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that they would leave an animal like that let alone give it back to the owner like that. This place put us in quite an awful position. I'd stay well away if I were you. We adopted a 3-year old female cat from the Cat Adoption Team last February. We were told she would want to be an only cat - which was fine, even though we were initially considering a pair - and, importantly, that she was spayed. She was not only not spayed, she was in fact pregnant when we adopted her. We never let her out, and we don't have another cat, so there is no way she could have gotten pregnant in our care. When we contacted CAT, they were extremely skeptical...I would be too! But even after receiving overwhelming evidence supporting our claim, both first-hand and from our vet, they were reluctant to help out. They told us we would need to surrender ALL of the kittens at six weeks or bring her in to have the kittens aborted. WOW. We know it is hard to find homes for kitties, but we found this attitude astonishing given the circumstances. We refused the "offer" and allowed our new kitty to birth and raise her kittens in our home until they were an appropriate age to be separated (note for readers from CAT: that would be ten to twelve weeks, not six). However, we let the shelter know that we expected them to provide spay/neuter for the lot at the very least, and they reluctantly agreed, though they were clearly not happy with our decision to avoid their "assistance." All vaccinations, de-worming etc. was done on our own dime; we found CAT impossible to deal with...though we accepted that some costs would need to be absorbed when we did not agree to their terms. Eventually, they did take care of surgery for the mama cat and two of her "kids," though both kittens developed complications and needed to be brought to our vet for emergency care. It seems that for whatever reason, nobody over there has ever written any of this down. It is incredible to me how many times we have had to explain this entire situation to CAT, and how many times it was met with outright refusal to help or with suspicion. It is hard to believe how much chaos and incompetence lies just underneath a professional veneer and flashy "personality matching" system. Do NOT let the surgical team at CAT ANYWHERE NEAR your own feline friends. Whoever it is does not seem able to perform routine surgery without major problems or even properly determine whether a cat is spayed or pregnant. We probably would have spent less on spaying/neutering if we had paid out of pocket and had it done at the vet; as many pet owners know, emergency animal care is not cheap. Now we have three cats (two were adopted by friends who elected to handle neutering with their own vets). We have all bonded with the kittens, and they with us, but the mama cat is clearly extremely unhappy that she is no longer the only cat. She doesn't "fit" here anymore and she knows it, and it is getting worse as her kids grow up. So, we are stuck trying to find her a new home and there is no chance in hell we will turn to CAT due to their incompetence and horrible attitudes. They are nice enough when you are trying to take a cat off their hands, but I pity the fool who has a problem with a new cat from CAT. Truly a (very expensive) nightmare. Okay. So a bit of background, I had been looking for a kitten for a few weeks when I stumbled upon these 3 gorgeous siamese kittens. I called the lady and she'd told me no one had showed interested in them for weeks and that my application checked out and I was a good fit. She told me that the Cat Adoption Team was closer to me than she was so she would be transferring them there and would be ready later in the week. So,she told me she'd informed them of my coming and I'd called them for 3 days checking up on the status of the kittens and making sure they were ready to go! So the day came when they were finally going to be put out, and of course, I went there same day, only to be told that they already adopted all of the kittens away and of course not showing any real remorse and trying to push me into the direction of other kittens. I'd rented a car and took time out of my schedule to see these kittens. You think they'd call or at least give me a couple of hours to show up- but no apparently all these people care about is giving to cats to whoever they can that checks out as fast as possible- and for a volunteer organization, you'd think they might see when someone really wants a kitten. Even if they did get more siamese cats, what is the point of going back if they're just going to tell you someone took them an hour before you left to go get it? I mean is an hour's hold too much to ask? Apparently so. read more

I've been happily volunteering for the CAT Adoption Team for almost two years now, and I'm honored to write their very first review! CAT was founded in 1998 by Evan Kalik as a haven for our community's sick, injured, and abandoned cats and kittens. Since then, over 14,000 kitties have been adopted through their main shelter and the outreach locations in PetSmart, Petco, and several locations in the Portland Metro area. In 2007 alone: .3,129 cats and kittens found new loving homes .2,571 cats and kittens were spayed or neutered in CAT's full service hospital .1,302 kittens lovingly cared for by foster volunteers .380 active volunteers donated over 105,000 hours of time .2,142 felines transferred to CAT's care from shelters and veterinary clinics in Portland .1 year supply of cat food donated to feed cats/kittens at the shelter .698 cats and kittens found homes through CAT's 9 adoption outreach locations across Portland .10,000 pounds of pet food distributed to shelters, rescue agencies, and pet owners of Vernonia I am so grateful to play just a small part in this well-run organization -it's truly inspiring to see so many different people working together to help cats live happier, healthier lives. I should mention that in addition to volunteering, I also adopted a cat from CAT two years ago, and she is the best! A great companion who makes me laugh on a daily basis. My favorite way to raise my mood after visiting the DMV or DEQ is visiting CAT. It's right across the street. The DMV makes me very grumpy. I'm not a fan. So, when I'm done I go and visit the cute furry faces of all the cats and kittens at CAT. I haven't been here in years, like maybe 4?!?!. I remember my last visit to be a smellier litter pan scent. This visit was an aromatically pleasant visit. Smelled freshly scrubbed and spic and span. I have a kitty of my own and am not interested in having any more under one roof. But boy every single kitty here was crazy adorable. They all seemed so friendly. Most of them came to the front of their cages to get my attention. The kittens are down stairs and the adults are kept upstairs. So many kittens were available. The cats must be getting busy all over Portland. LOL. I thought kitten season was over. I really took my time checking each kitty out. The stress of the DMV melted completely away. The volunteers were all super friendly and helpful. The shelter is completely non profit and runs on it's own with no Government funding. The kitties are so vey lucky to have such a wonderful shelter to care for them. There are many foster homes that take care of cats that are not quite ready for adoption. Lucky little kitties to have caring humans. I left with a bag full of toys and goodies for my own little Kitty. To pay for my good time. They have a great selection of retail items available to care for and entertain your feline. Do you know "Crazy Cat Lady" from The Simpsons? You know, the lady who screams gibberish snares and crackles while throwing around the cats that are attached to her? While that lady may be much older, I personally feel that i could take her place, at 24 years old. However, I never felt this love for cats before.... When I was six years old, I swore to myself i would never love a cat, i would never give them the time and day. heres why: I was at my aunt's, hanging out at the apartment complex when a nice looking cat walked by. "hey kitty!" you would figure a cat coming by your way, they wanna be friends right? so i tried to pet her and the stupid skank stratched my hand, and there's blood. WHAAAAAATT!!! BLOOD! oh bloody hell go die you stupid cat. since then, i never gave cats the time and day.... fast forward 18 years later, here I am at C.A.T. with my significant other, with my mind set thinking I'm not going to love none of these brats, we're not bringing any one of these brats home. Well little did I know, the way C.A.T. set up the kitties, you can actually interact with them. With all the purring and lovin' these kittens were giving me, my heart just sank. I really wanted one, ok maybe two... Somehow i ended up with a suicidal kitty. She enjoys sleeping on the edge of my sleigh bed, possibly hoping she'll fall off and die, who knows. As a first time cat owner, the staff at C.A.T. made me feel extremely comfortable with bringing the little girl home. Everyone was extremely friendly, informative, and helpful with any questions I had, as well as offering personal phone numbers in case i had any questions at 3am. We've had our baby for a few weeks now, and she is the sweetest little diva ever. we love her so much, i already want another one as a playmate. see where i'm getting at with the "crazy cat lady"? by the end of the year i'll probably have eight cats hanging out me. big heart to c.a.t. read more
