A very pleasant two-night stay. Interestingly, the common areas are not as well kept as the rooms. The lobby looks a bit outdated, making you have lower expectations for the rooms. However, once you enter the rooms, they are spacious and comfortable, with a nice combination of contemporary and a touch of classic furniture. The bathroom has a tub and a shower, which is not very common. To make things better, the included continental breakfast has a large delicious selection! My only complain is that room service staff, unlike the staff in the reception and the bar, were very unprofessional, making no effort to make the guess have the best possible experience. I tried placing an order for about an hour. I finally called reception, asking them to transfer me. The woman who picked up was rude and in a rush. There was a misunderstanding of how I was going to pay. When they deliver the food to my daughters' room they demanded payment to her. The guy delivering the food was rude to her, a teenager and made no effort to understand the situation. In the end, our daughter had to call us (we were not in the hotel at the time) to solve the issue. That was just a small part of our stay and want to think that is not the norm at this nice hotel :) read more
