Was given an appointment date after the initial visit to determine cost. The day prior to my move out cleaning I reach out and ask for an update to the arrival time as I have not heard anything from the company. I get told by the lady who did my estimate that I am not on the schedule and that there was a form I was suppose to sign via email. I never received this form nor was I aware to be on the lookout for one. I tried calling the main office twice and no one answered. I am now going to have to clean my house myself one day prior to moving out. Your companies communication needs improvement and your main office needs to answer it's phones. I shouldn't have to go through the lady who did my estimate via text for some simple answers to my questions about how this happened. read more

Me and my girls had a big bachelorette party this past weekend and I guess you can say things got pretty crazy. There was a huge mess left behind and I for sure wasn't trying to clean it up. So i seen this page for Castle Ceaning on Facebook so thought I'd give them a try. They were very inexpensive and they were very professional and ironically they were males lol. I would definitely recommend them for big parties. read more

I can't believe how wonderful Nathan and his crew are at just about everything I need help with. From hauling away debris to the dump to organizing the yard and garage after recently moving, Their attention to detail and the care with which they complete each task is exemplary! I was shocked at their pricing - in a GOOD way. I highly recommend Castle Services to anyone that just needs to get it done right! read more

Awesome dependable hardworking company, they removed some brush and hauled it away. Did exactly what they said they would do. contactless job, We paid online and were emailed a receipt. they even sent pics via phone to show the job was complete. read more

Sorry but I cannot recommend this company. I requested their services for Move-out cleaning and asked for specific areas to be cleaned such as the stove, refrigerator, bathrooms, cabinets, windows, blinds and ceiling fans. They agreed to it over the phone and estimated 6 hours. A night before the appointment they called to cancel because they were overbooked, so we had to rescheduled. When the cleaning ladies showed up they said that they did not have the cleaning supplies needed for the blinds and walls so they would need to come back the next day. They came back the next day but refused to clean some areas. I received a call from them and the manager letting me know that they could not clean these areas because they were really dirty and it would take them more than time than what they had estimated so I told them to take a couple more hours if needed. Well, they did not even work the 6 hours and gave excuses for everything. They only cleaned the 2 bathrooms, stove and fridge. I know that the house needed deep cleaning in some areas which requires time but I felt that they took way too long in these areas, did not want to do too much work and were in a rush. PROS: Communication & Affordable read more

They worked for 2 days cleaning and hauling out debris and now my pre spring cleaning yard looks great. I'm on 1/3 of an acre and this was just a section of it. I usually like doing my own yard cleaning and maintenance but not having the time lately I had someone do it for me. I was a bit hesitant because I like things done a certain way. But after today I am very pleased. I know who I'm calling in the very near future. And having rentals I know they will save me a lot of time so I can spend time with my family. Thanks Castle Cleaning. read more

I just had our apartment cleaned by Jasmine and Dionne (first time using Castle, after finding them in yelp)... I highly recommend them! They made my daughter and myself feel like family and these ladies were very efficient and personable. They work fast and efficiently and thorough as well. I am only leaving this review because I feel like I need to get the word out and owe it to more people in my area/community to tell them about Castle and how they can be very assured using them. On another note, Yelp has me now gunshy every time I write a review--- that's why I don't typically use Yelp, because I just about have no respect for their 'filters'-- I guess I write too well, because I used to be a journalism Major and pride myself in my writing? Do the few reviews that I have given seem ALL 'too good to be true', where they don't sound legit, whether it's a good or bad review? I feel like I'm flagged for life within Yelp, but I am writing this review hoping that it will help these 2 great young ladies, and Castle overall. Jasmine used to be a VIP hotel housekeeping professional, and from the first phone conversation with her, I could tell she is as professional as they come-- very efficient and reassuring and classy. Hey, Yelp, go ahead flag it-- I called someone efficient and reassuring-- I must know them personally, right? I must have alterior motives right? Go ahead flag it as you always do. Haha. I really don't know what you guys want. Anyway, Thank You Jasmine and Dionne, I will keep using your great services! Best Regards, - Ahmad (a real person that lives in Sacramento that has a cat named Peanut)--Jasmine and Dionne can confirm him-- they petted him and played with him and cleaned his bed. And his picture is on my profile-- If you need a statement of cat ownership notarized, I'm sure we can arrange that. Thank You read more

I needed my gutters cleaned for the up-coming rains. Marcus, who called set up appointment was polite, on-time, knew his job was a pleasure to work with. This man with additional co-worker not only cleaned my gutter, they hosed down the downspouts to make sure they were not clogged, and finished with taking pictures to show the completed job. The best job I ever had done, last year I spent three....times as much and never really knew if the guy did the job. Thank you, Linda I. read more

I hired these guys last year. I've used professional house cleaners before and it usually takes about 5 total man hours to clean. I left my place to run errands and they called me saying the 2 cleaners were "done" after about half that time. When I came back my suspicions were correct and it was barely cleaned. I directed them to go over it again as it was still dusty, crap on the carpet, kitchen sink was covered in gunk still, etc. After that, when it still didn't look clean, I gave up, knowing I would just have to finish myself and find another company for next time. I assume they were instructed to get out of there asap to move on to the next job? Over priced for a half-assed job. read more

When *I* clean my gutters I sometimes skip this one trouble spot that is out of sight and nasty to muck out: Nathan and Jesse got it without me pointing it out. They got the ashy abandoned webs from the usual places, AND didn't skip the high-up garage attic vents which I've been pretending don't exist. Bushes pruned, clutter cleared. Excellent service from start to finish: I talked to Castle on the phone, they briefed Nathan and Jesse, who showed up and confirmed the to-do list like friendly professionals and then got down to it. They did the kind of work that they are proud to show you at the end of the job, and that you are relieved to see. It's the first service I've used in Sacramento (twice now!) that made me feel glad I invited them onto my property, and that the job's done the way I asked for it to be done. Phew! read more

Nate and Castle Services completed a demolition of a mobile home we needed broken down. Excellent pricing and they are, as you can see, well reviewed and worthy of the 5 stars. I was disappointed. They came over 2 hours late. When they left, I found many places unswept/unmopped. They broke a soap dispenser. Just an overall crappy experience. read more

I contacted Castle Services yesterday, to arrange for a huge pile of pine needles and other garden debris,to be hauled away. I expected for it to be at least a couple days. Had a great experience with Castle Services! From the first phone call, they explained their prices and services perfectly. The guys showed up on time. They were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. I showed them what needed to be hauled away and they did the rest. What I thought would have been a 3 hour job, was done in about 1 hour. I would highly recommend them. read more

You can stop looking - this is the cleaning service you want! Can't beat prices, great customer service, friendly faces - what's not to love!? I initially asked for a quote through yelp for another cleaning service, and yelp sent my request to four other cleaners in my area and I was so glad they did! From the start castle stood out. Their prices were far superior, Nathan who messaged me was kind and quick to respond. Jasmine and Eva came and did a move out service in our town home and did such an amazing job! They were so friendly and gracious and I couldn't be more thankful for the efforts the made! Choose castle! You won't be disappointed. read more

Castle clean is the only company I would welcome in my house. My time and money is valuable. I know I can always call on them ti save me time and money read more

Why 5 stars? Perfection, that's why! I'm a busy bachelor and needless to say I needed some help with my messy apartment. I easily got some reasonable price quotes, never before using any service like this and therefore having no benchmark for prices. I made an appointment for just a couple convenient days in the future and held my breath. When I came home to see what had been done, I was amazed! Not only was excellent general cleaning and waste disposal executed wonderfully, but the presentation and organization of all the little things like drinking glasses and nick-nacks on the coffee table was the icing on the cake. I'm confident that I'll be using Castle again. Great job, I highly recommend them. Thanks! read more

Not impressed at all... We remodeled our home and the home was completely empty, all I asked was to clean the bathrooms and dust top to bottom. They did not do what I asked and left a lot of dust. There's places everywhere where they didn't even touch! It took 3 hours. Very disappointed. read more

Nathan, Markus and their crew were fantastic!!! I made an online appt. and Nathan met me at the house for an estimate that same day!! I am the listing agent selling this house and the owners left me the key and a very messy home to sell. The next day Markus and his crew were prompt, courteous and paid attention to exactly what I wanted removed. They donated the items that were not junk and then took all the rest to the dump. They swept and left it presentable! Thank you, thank you!! Will DEFINITELY be using their services again!! In fact, after the painting and new carpet installation, will have their cleaning crew do the final touches! read more

I cannot rave about Castle services enough!! I am the manager for a small business here in West Sacramento and have been searching for a quality commercial cleaning company for over a year. I met with Jazmin, who is such a kind and knowledgeable person, we walked through our property and I pointed out what I needed cleaned and how I preferred it. WOW! did they deliver on their promise, the building was spotless! I liked them so much I hired them to start cleaning my house! Joelle (sp?) is so incredibly nice and has been assigned to our account for the business and our home. I absolutely love her, she is professional, kind, and really attentive to details. Phyllis came with Joelle the last time to my house and they both did a wonderful job. Overall I can not rave enough about the entire team Jazmin has created, trust me, its hard to find a good cleaning crew with consistent attention to detail and quality. If you are an A-type personality like me and need an amazing cleaning service for your business or home- book these guys, you wont be disappointed! read more

We just had our apartment cleaned by Dionne and Lorena as part of moving out. Castle operates on a "window of time" so they expected to be there between 11a-1p. They arrived on the fairly early side of that window at 11:55a. No muss, no fuss. They went right up to the apartment, asked what I wanted, and got right to work. 3 hours later and my apartment was left sparkling and clean! If you want a no frills (which usually means more $$) down to earth cleaning company, castle cleaning is the way to go. Dionne and Lorena made moving out far less stressful. Also, they are very reasonably priced. 3 hours of work with two cleaners cost me $147. Definitely a fair price for all the detail work they did. read more

I'm very happy with their services. I called the office on Sunday. While many other offices are closed, they are open. Jasmine helped me made an appointment over the phone. On the scheduled day, Joewell and Phyllis came to clean our place. They are friendly and finished the work efficiently. Thanks! read more

I found Castle Services on Craigslist San Francisco and called immediately. They are based in Sacramento but had no problem traveling to help us out. We had the Creekside Smokehouse in Half Moon Bay and were forced to close and had to vacate the premises within a few days. Their ad covered everything I needed done from shed removal to taking away any and everything we needed to remove from the property. Nathan answered the phone and my prayers. He said it would be no problem and set up an appointment to drive down to the Coast and help us haul literally everything away. They had that shed down and in the back of the truck within an hour. They are the best of the best. Above all, Nathan and Eizele (I hope I'm spelling it right) were very well natured, professional, easy to talk to and never made me feel rushed, which is unheard of these days. If I could I would give these guys 10 bright shiny stars for being so great! Call them! You won't be disappointed, in fact, you'll be as thrilled as I am. Thanks guys! read more

I was looking for a yard clean up service in the Dixon area. Was able to hire Castle. At first I wasn't sure as there was a mix up on scheduling dates, I had planned for a specific day & time, but apparently they scheduled me for the following week. I was disappointed and frustrated. They were very apologetic and got a team out the next day. The team showed up on time and worked really hard for the full amount of time. They were so great I hired them 2 more times and have set up ongoing yard service. They are professional and hard working and pricing is fair. I really recommend using this service!! Marcus is great, he gives a time and cost estimate, cans handle many different jobs and has a very hardworking and professional work ethic. read more

I so wanted to write a 5 star review, alas I can not. My initial contact with Castle was AWESOME!!! So I had really high hopes. The communication during the transaction was also great!! But I seems to me that someone that does this day in and day out can give an estimate based on size of a unit and items that need to be hauled. I was given a bid of $252.00 for a move out stuff and that needed to be hauled (not a lot) and the clean out of a studio apartment which I said had a "smell" (my mother elderly you know the old lady smell). But when I got the final bill it was $324, I'm sorry but $60.00 difference is quite a difference - Don't get me wrong the place did look great, not awesome, but great - I will have to wait and see how much of the deposit we get back and based on that I may increase by stars but right now I would say YES use them but add to what they bid knowing it will be more. UPDATED REVEIW - I left a review yesterday at 3 stars due to the increase in the cost from the bid amount. Nathan got right back to me and apologized and offered me refund of $25, I ask that he give it to the crew as a tip as I did not leave them one due to the increase in price. So I hope that he gives it to the crew. Nathan really cares about his business reputation it is really nice to see that in a business. Thank you and yes I would recommend them and give them 5 Stars!!! read more

My backyard has been accumulating junk that I've been wanting to get rid of for a while. In addition, I had an old rusted shed taking up space in the corner of my yard and an old AC (metal and stupid heavy) sitting on the floor of my workshop. Planned to do some heavy cleaning/clearing this weekend and haul it to the dump. My spirit wavered Saturday morning confronted with the task at hand so I quickly retreated to the google machine and found these guys. In about 2 hours on Sunday (today) two guys from Castle Services did what would have taken me all weekend. The prices were more than fair. The Castle Services guys rocked it. They were hard working, polite, and did a marvelous job (infinitely better than I had anticipated) cleaning up when they were done. Can't recommend them enough. Cheers! read more

Everything about this company was excellent. Easy online setup, great communication all along, very very quick response. The crew was professional. efficient, polite, personable. What I think is so unique about this service is that they do so many things. We had a bathroom cabinet that needed to be demolished to make way for a new one, plus some yard junk. Usually you would be searching for multiple providers but I think we only used a few of the many services they can offer at once. They left our home neat, and finished the work quickly. We would use them again in a heartbeat! read more
