Where to begin with this one. Might as well start from the top and work my way down hehe. Well, they have a fairly large selection and the store is open and easily accessible. That's the good portion. However, the prices are a bit high and the staff is a little edgy. At one point my wife and I were asked to leave because we had our 8-9month old baby with us in a carrier. It is not the fact we were asked to leave, it is that the staff was rude and belligerent and refused our service when i returned alone, letting my wife and son stay in the car. I will also say that it is uncomfortable to have a staff member ask you every 5 minutes if you need help finding something when you know they heard you say no 5 minutes ago. Add in that one visit i saw at least a dozen ants, spiders and other bugs crawling around the merchandise I am sure you will understand why I will not be shopping the Anchorage location again and would recommend the Wasilla store or online over this one. read more

We were greeted by friendly staff, into a huge, clean and well stocked store. They carry everything from low end to high end, and the staff is really informed about this.
