At first I was a little skeptical, as I was concerned if I would get the level of care, for a set monthly fee, as I would from a traditional medical practice. Now, a year later, my concerns were completely unfounded. The level of care and service I get from Jarrod is really quite exemplary. My appointments are unhurried, I can express my questions and concerns fully and Jarrod patiently responds in a caring manner. I often contact Jarrod by text for quick questions, prescription refill requests etc. and I'm always surprised how quickly I get a detailed and speedy response. Very impressed. In that hour Jarrod actively listened to my concerns, wants and needs. This appointment was by far, left me more comfortable than I have ever been with a doctor or nurse. Jarrod diagnosed my carpal tunnel and gave me a great brace review (which I promptly ordered) and can say, I had the best night's sleep in many years! He also changed up my anxiety meds, my old prescription left me feeling drowsy and tired. I tried my new prescription and was left amazed after 30 minutes when my anxiety was gone. I am looking forward to a long patient/direct primary care provider relationship with Jarrod and his staff!

I could…read morenever get in same day and in the one case where I could I ended up waiting 3 hours past my appointment time before being seen (due to their urgent care offered) So far this group has been easy to get in same day, and keeps appointment times running on schedule. Even so, the time with the FNP or MD have not been rushed and didn't feel like I was only allotted A 10 min max block. My initial intake was thorough and involved, and I feel I wasn't wasting their time with questions and concerns. They took the time and care needed to discuss and explain ideas, suggestions and alternatives to the symptoms. They also have an onsite blood work department who were equally efficient and productive. It was a welcome change from previous experiences w other local practices. Ok hopeful this level of care will continue.

They don't work on Fridays, and many offices take 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch. When you call within those very limited hours you can often wait on hold for 13 to 27 minutes. Each time, they will tell you that they are short staffed. This has been my experience for the last 5 years without exception. Short staffed? Isn't that just bad HR management?

I said can you look at my chart and see why there's a difference? I was switched to a Dr that didn't seem to care about what was going on with me or ok my prescriptions on time & I would have to wait a week or 2 before he got around to it. I made this appointment to establish care, but unfortunately this was a waste of my time. This is what happens when I think that a fancy office equals good care. I will not be returning.
