They don't work on Fridays, and many offices take 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch. When you call within those very limited hours you can often wait on hold for 13 to 27 minutes. Each time, they will tell you that they are short staffed. This has been my experience for the last 5 years without exception. Short staffed? Isn't that just bad HR management?

It is worth noting that my primary physician, Tristan Stiles, is one of the three best, over a long life, that I have received care from. He is a great and compassionate communicator. They are damaging their own reputation that's going up in flames by turning patients away for being 60 seconds late and causing mental trauma amongst them. Blatant negligence: Without proper directions in the hospital, patients in an unfamiliar environment get lost and have to backtrack and interrupt other staff for assistance to find the exact location they must be. One would think Providence Medical Group-Medford Family Practice would offer clear and concise directions to their office once in the hospital so patients know which elevator to take to arrive on time OR be a little less militant. Providence Medical Group-Medford Family Practice has no perception of decency and they refuse to demonstrate their commitment to their patients. Although, what they do offer is a lot of sticky bureaucratic red tape. I highly recommend everyone to seek even the lowest level of professionalism elsewhere and avoid this landmine at all costs.

My husband went in for…read morehis annual physical (which is covered by our health insurance), this doctor billed it as a regular visit, even though they talked about all the typical "wellness exam" topics, and refused code it correctly for insurance to cover as the annual preventive exam. So, we were billed over $300 for a regular preventive annual exam. We called several times and the staff answering the phone clearly understood the situation and noted that the code should be changed in the case notes. Kenneth refused over and over again to correct his coding error. So, we are stuck with a $300+ bill for the covered annual preventive exam since insurance will not cover it unless he codes it correctly as the preventative exam. Kenneth is a nightmare to deal with, only out to meet whatever KPI he needs to meet for certain types of visits vs reality.
