I lost all my respect for the sifu, not for my instructor that diligently made the effort to keep me engaged. I wanted to continue to the end but my experience with this gym was really discouraging. In some point during my practice we were asked to place good reviews on Yelp, and then I know why. So if you don't buy the seminars, or you don't buy the black belt program, you just don't move. When my budget didn't allowed me to buy all the other stuff I stop moving. I got into a couple of seminars and all the forms that we learned there, where just shown that day, there was never time to practice them again so you paid for flash crush curse of something that never practice again. Linda, the owner, is really sweet and teaches the morning classes. I love that she is chatty through the class and makes you forget you're working out, unless it's something killer. Then, she will share your pain :) All the other teachers are great, they each have their thing and I haven't had a bad class yet. Sam, Kim, Shandi, Tammy, Ariana, and Jenn are very good and will kick your butt into shape! Jen and Stacy make you want to be up and going at 5:30am and that crowd is the sweetest! The studio itself is well maintained and a good size. It does feel a little crowded if it's more than 15 people, but they have so many times that it's not normally a problem.
