Of course this isn't third wave coffee, but it would be ridiculous to expect that in a tiny town. They were friendly. They cared about their product, and they delivered on the promise of a good latte. That's more than I could say about dozens of other coffee shops in much bigger places. Every single table that came in after us not only received drinks, attention, menus, etc., but they ALL ordered and received their food before us. Like, nearly 30 minutes before us.
