I spoke to the owner and he advised me they are closed Saturday, however he hear the desperation in my voice and told me he will call me back to let me know if he could make it happen. He called me back within an hour and said he could have my special order Jack Daniel's private stock flan made and he would personally be at the location for me to pick it up. That speaks volumes about his customer service. He went out of his way to make sure what I needed was taken care of and that alone turned me into a loyal customer. I went the next day and picked up the flan, it was nicely packaged to avoid me from destroying it before heading to the party. Got to the party with the flan and discovered 2 other people had already brought flan. The dessert table had maybe 20 different desserts. To my surprise by the end of the night the 2 other flans weren't enough touched but the flan from Niaddi's was finished. Everyone from the party raved how delicious the flan was. The next morning I checked my emails and I had coworkers emailing me asking where I got it from that they want to try other flavors. Let's just say it was the topic of the night. I am so grateful I found this place and will definitely be ordering for my next gathering.
