This location is interesting. It was SO HOT inside.. it was also really quiet so you just hear the workers talking or working. Coffees came out quick. I'd give zero stars if I could. The service over the phone is honestly the worst I've experienced. Every single time we call to place a to-go order, we're immediately put on hold and not for a minute or two. We're talking about incredibly long waits. Most of the time we eventually give up, drive there, and just order in person because no one ever comes back to the phone. Today we decided to see how long it would actually take, so we stayed on the line. It took 20 minutes before someone finally answered. Twenty minutes just to take an order is unacceptable. The frustrating part is that whenever we arrive, the restaurant usually isn't even busy. There are often very few customers, which makes it even harder to understand why answering the phone seems impossible. The food may be good, but the customer service and phone service are consistently disappointing. If you plan on ordering ahead, don't count on anyone answering in a reasonable amount of time. Hopefully management addresses this because it's been an ongoing issue, not just a one-time bad experience. We are huge casssidy corner fans, but this location just sucks! So unwelcoming and everyone looks like they hate being there. read more

We usually go here after the gym and the food itself is good, and can get busy at times. But my last experience was not great. We went around noon, and there was no crowd. We decided to dine in since it wasn't busy and we weren't in a rush. Our $20 bill became more than $26. We always tip, so my bf didn't notice it was more than usual before he tapped his card. We got the receipt texted and noticed they charged a "dine in tax" that was equivalent to the sales tax! This wasn't posted anywhere and the cashier didn't disclose this either. There was no crowd, so it's not like they were rushing to get through the line. I understand maybe they want to make sure they get tips for extra effort when people eat inside, but they basically got tipped twice. And my biggest gripe is they should've disclosed this before we paid! We would've taken it to-go instead! Even places that charge a small fee for using credit cards have a sign or let the customers know verbally. And this is a bigger percentage than that. It just felt sneaky and icky, and makes us hesitant about coming back. read more

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and were given a minute to decide on what to get as it was my first time visiting. Due to it being a bit later on throughout the day there were many bagels that they were out from (which is a good thing as it seems they are made fresh daily). Do come early to try a bagel that you'd actually want to try, but may be sold out later on the day. The staff was friendly our order came out quickly. Either it's just obviously too expensive for the measly ingredients I'm given or the bagel sandwich isn't toasted or they only put a barely there layer of cream cheese on ONE bagel side making the sandwich dry? I had heard about Cassidy's Corner from social media so I finally went in to try it. I came around 10am and they still had a good variety of bagels left. The entire cafe felt very homey and like a small, neighborhood cafe, so I was shocked to learn it was a chain. The guy who took my order was very friendly and kind, while still being quick and efficient. I ordered a Joe's Special on a plain bagel, and a regular sized 4-2-1 coffee. I was skeptical about the Joe's special because it doesnt sound like anything I usually order, but I heard it was good so I gave it a try. It was delicious. The salty bacon with the slight spice from the jalapeno cream cheese, and the softness from the egg was all so perfect together. The coffee was also super amazing. Not overly sweet, and it had a good amount of strong coffee flavor, similar to a vietnamese iced coffee. I wish it was available with different milk options since I'm lactose intolerant, but honestly it was so good I would get it anyway. I've seen a lot of low reviews because of pricing, but honestly the prices are pretty standard and almost better than those around the area. All the bagel shops I've been to have had similar or usually even higher prices than here. Of course it feels expensive anywhere, but I think its important to note that their prices are pretty competitive for the area. Overall I will definitely be back again. The service felt super personal and kind, so I'm sure it is easy to become a regular here quickly. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! Sooo after years of absence I decided to try Cassidy's again. ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR FIRST INCLINATION!!! I walked in, looked at the case, and thought "no.. leave". But I did not. I paid for the bagel in the photos unbeknownst to me because the ones in the case- while they were subpar they looked way better than this. I got to work and was greatly disappointed. I tried to make it work. Looked for the "toasted" part of the toasted bagel I paid for. Took one bite and had to spit it out immediately!!! It was one step above raw biscuit dough! I drove back to Cassidy where I asked for a refund when I really wanted to ask the counter girl what made her think that anything about that bagel was ready to be sold. The manager comes over and asks what's wrong. Like that is a perfect bagel sitting on the counter. He made a big production of not being able to refund my Apple pay although I showed him twice where it posted on my phone. I was offered another bagel or a bagel card. I finally asked for cash which was met with anger as he rudely counted out the dollar bills giving me extra because he couldn't bother with counting change. I will NEVER step foot in here again! Let me start off by saying I am not a bagel person, I would never willingly order a bagel BUT I crave Cassidy's bagel on a weekly basis. I get the Desi and the 421 coffee (1/2 sweetener and almond milk). It is soooooo good. I feel like it's hard to find a place that makes good food and good coffee, you'll usually get one or the other but they nailed both. Customer service is great, they made sure our coffee was to our liking and added a bit of sweetener when requested. They also have a kids corner which my kids love and lets me enjoy my food and coffee! read more

Prices are Up. Quality is waaaay down. Been going here the last few years to grab a Joes Special. Unfortunately quality has dropped pretty hard in the last few months. There was a stretch where quality seemed to vary from visit to visit but now seems to be consistently poor. Today I got half empty bagel with a pretty weak amount of cream cheese and my wife's didn't come out much better. Pretty hard to justify a higher price for a worse product. If you haven't been here in a few months, the Cassidy's you remember is gone. May be time to find a new breakfast place. read more

FOOD (4/5): $10 BREAKFAST COMBO: comes with a bagel of your choosing with EGG, CHEESE, and choice of SAUSAGE or BACON. Along with a SMALL DRINK (OJ or coffee). The drink is a kids size cup. I got the Parmesan bagel with sausage and I thought it was delish! The bagels are pretty big, so the egg, cheese, sausage that they put on it looks small because they are pre-made / probably come frozen. I still thought it tasted good regardless! I also added some GARDEN VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE. I like my bagels more crunchy / toasted, so next time I come I'll ask for it double toasted. OVERALL: I thought it was an average bagel place, I will definitely be back when I'm craving a bagel! I decided to stop by to grab breakfast, specifically a build your own bagel because they are so good and it's been a while since I had one. I asked for an everything bagel with egg cheese bacon and avocado (for an extra charge). I paid and added tip because the service is always great and my order is always correct. I grabbed my sandwich in less than 5 minutes and left. When I arrived to work I opened up my bagel and the avocado was no where to be found. I was charged extra and it was left out. I was craving bagels early in the morning and I found this gem through Yelp! It's a cute bagel shop that's quite roomy and has plenty of seating inside. They have a wide variety of freshly made bagels and their menu had a great selection to choose from! The Joe's Special sounded good to me so I got that on an asiago cheese bagel, and it was splendid. By the time I came home to open it up, it was still so warm and the cheese was melty. I could tell it was made from high quality ingredients, and the bagel was so soft and fresh. Usually love the place. Today, with a long wait (waited almost an hour!) We got our usual order just to realize when we got home that our joes specials were just plain bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE EVER! So how can they make things right? This location is extremely subpar! Walked into what I discovered to be a daycare/ upsetting environment. The owners kids hang out here on the tables so there is nowhere to sit, except 1 table in the corner. Also the food wasn't comparable to the other locations. The ambiance was off and not like the other Cassidy locations that I frequent quite often. The lady at the counter is also not welcoming or inviting at all, and she looks mad to be there.
