My LG washing machine has become…read morequite noisy so, given the other Yelp reviews, I called Harmonious Appliances because the machine was well past it's warranty period for an LG service call. During my interactions with Saeid, I shared videos of my washing machine acting up, and he was able to help me trouble shoot what was going on without even setting foot in front of the machine. When I asked him what I owed him for his time - because we spent over 2 hours back and forth on text with him reviewing videos, and making suggestions to try with my washing machine - he indicated that he was happy just to help out. Wow! There are not many businesses in this city who are simply ok to "help out" without compensation of some sort! Alas, while my washing machine will eventually "die a noisy death" (the concensus I've come to after the trouble shooting with Saeid), I will definitely keep his contact information for future appliance repair needs, and "pay forward" the generosity he has shown to me, today.
