Dark lit and moody. +. I came here to try their elk burger. I hadn't had an elk burger before and It came with a kitchen sink of assortments on it. I went with it other than their black garlic mayo ... had it on the side. It was a small burger ... probably less than a 1/4 lb. patty. I couldn't tell any difference in flavor from a beef patty. The fries were a little sad and soggy but the curry garlic sauce (looks like yellow mustard) was fantastic! =. Service was short handed. When I came in a little after 6pm, no one was at the reception and I had to flag the bartender after a bit. Staff also don't speak English well so be patient. Once I was seated, the service was prompt and my dish came out quickly. =. Price is $steeeep for what I got. $37 for the very ok burger after tax and tip. Overall, the ambiance and the curry garlic dipping sauce for the fries were the highlights of this place. Def nOt a repeater for me. The star was the buffalo chicken poutine, which can only be found in Quebec. The portion was huge and the gravy and toppings were plentiful. I also tried the habanero chicken sandwich, the veggie burger, and the blueberry cheesecake pie. The poutine is by far the best item. The chicken sandwich was just okay. The veggie burger was pretty dry and unimpressive. We loved the blueberry cheesecake pie! Service was good and the restaurant was clean. It's definitely worth a visit when you need something quick and easy.

I was visiting from the US and was genuinely impressed by the menu. The chicken is grilled fresh on-site, giving it that satisfying charred flavor, then finished with your choice of glaze, veggie sides, and sauce. Everything tasted fresh and came together really well. It hit the spot so much that I ended up coming back a second time--and Poulet Rouge delivered just as well. The service was excellent & it also helped that this location is open till late. Definitely a spot I'd love to see expand into the US!

The passing trays looked amazing but we couldn't find seating to save our lives so we struck out to look for another location nearby. You start with a base: quinoa, rice, bulgur, fries (poutine), or lettuce. You choose a number of chicken tenders in one or two flavors, then choose from a variety of toppings. The staff here *understandably* is not great in English, which can of course change depending on where you go and when you come. This was one of our first stops before my high school/college French instruction "clicked on" again, so ordering was mildly stressful for our family. It would have been nice if there were some pre-designed bowl recipes to select from (like Cava, for example). For those of you willing to play the language barrier game, the sky is the limit in terms of how you can personalize your bowl. Like every Quebecois dining establishment, this fast food chain is head and shoulders above any American equivalent. Even their poutine (which can be messed up, I assure you) was among the top poutines I've eaten. This is a great place to grab a quick meal, as light or heavy as you require.
