I would leave 0 stars if possible. I was visiting for a wedding from out of state and parked in a parking lot. There were no signs stating it was a tow zone or no parking. I came out from being in a restaurant an hour later and my car was gone. it was a rental car and I was alone in an unfamiliar town late at night. I called the police to see if the car was stolen and they stated it was towed and did not offer help or advice. I called Cass Towing Company and they said it was unlikely anyone will come out tonight to unlock the gate and said it will be 300 dollars cash. I had to take an Uber back to the hotel. The next morning I woke up with a very bad migraine and was vomiting due to the stress of the event. I was barely able to get out of bed to find an ATM and to get an uber to get to the place my care was being held. I found a bank machine and got an uber costing me more money. I received my car paying $300 cash. I was still vomiting to and from the towing place. I missed the wedding, which is the whole reason I was there. Cost of my wasted trip is 2000.00 dollars. It's a scam. they intentionally look for someone to tow that's not around there to scam 300 cash out of them. I had initially spoke left a message with the only phone number on 1 sign. She called back today to state she did not tow the car and had no knowledge of who might have except the other management company. She also stated that 3 other people have called with the same exact complaint. I have multiple pictures of the parking lot and my car to prove my case. I grew up in Massachusetts, people had integrity and were more honest. guess that has changed in the past 10 years. terrible terrible business. read more

This business is full of thieves. Today they scammed my mother and harrassed her as well!! My mom only parked for 2 minutes to pick up our food yet in such a short time this guy had towed her car. He took $140 from my mom!!! After intially trying to make her pay $300 and then trying to make my mom show him her bank account. This guy was yelling at mom even though he was the thief!!! He was talking about how she has such a nice car and how she had the money to buy food so why can't she pay for the fee? This company came and towed my car from arch st where I lived and told the athorities it was abandoned hownisnit abandoned if I live at this address that you picked it up from it was supposed to be a repo dumbass! Now I lost my licence and somehow I owe $1200 for them fucking my life up because the conspired with my exes mom to save her money. I gouged a tire on a curb in Dover NH on a Saturday afternoon, and I was preparing to wait around for hours for AAA to dispatch someone. I put in my help request with AAA at 3, and they had another place originally that had projected to arrive at 4. They called me 10 mins to let me know Cass Towing was going to come instead, and that they would be here in a half hour. At this point I am already so happy because I have had many occasions of waiting 4+ hours for AAA in other areas during high volume times. Mike got right to business as soon as he arrived, he had my tire off and in my trunk to take to get evaluated, and my spare tire on AND even gave me a tip about a funnel in my car that can be used if you run out of gas in literally less than 10 minutes. my car was stolen. it was eventually found but I had no idea it had been. these bottom feeders towed it. stored it. and eventually sold it. then the wastes of life sued me in small claims for towing and storage fees and won because I never knew about it. typical scum bag stuff. but they get even lower and fall to the bottom of the waste pile. Careful using this place I gave them a parts car for free they picked it up and then send in abandon car paperwork for something I gave them and they looked at the vehicle before loading on the ramp truck. Now I have a hearing and a chance of loosing my driver license. Also he is trying to get me to pay him for the tow after picking it up for free. Cass Towing has always been great when helping us with car issues. They have been sent to my house by my insurance company about 5 times over the past ten years. Most of the it was to jump a car but we have also used them to get a car to our mechanic. Each driver was nice and even took time to explain what was going on, how long to run car to juice the battery back up, to not test the battery by starting and then turn off the car, etc. Anthony was super helpful today, both while here and when communicating with me via text prior to arriving. I am surprised to see the poor reviews left by others. My experiences have always been positive. read more

I was asked to post what the original problem was....it was an issue with the brake pedal that killed the battery. It could not be ridden because the battery would not hold a charge. The machine was brand new. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission before Cass Towing towed it. You can't tow a CVT transmission vehicle like shown in the picture. I had called my insurance company for roadside assistance over a minor jump to my battery and my company assigned this place. Tow driver called and first had a light hissy fit about the road, because I assume he thought I could do something about it? It is a narrow dirt road and a little windy on one section but he's the only person, especially with a large vehicle, who has ever expressed any kind of emotional distress over it. He had driven right past my driveway and was at the very end of the road before he called me. Definitely not unreasonable, especially if never been here before. He was pretty edgy and annoyed and asked if I could see him, I said "no" (because he was nowhere near my house so...duh...) More going back and forth (nothing negative) I told him he was on the correct side of the fork (staying left) and he had passed my driveway. He mentioned at some point during the interaction "have to coordinate something" which is obviously beyond reasonable and I replied something to the effect of making sure to be outside. Aaaand there I was outside when he drove past my driveway again with me standing at the end of it. he kept driving so I assumed he would back in and turn around. Never showed up. ok, again, not unreasonable, no big deal. Obvious things right in front of us can go over our heads when we're stressed or looking for something and I may have been blocked from his line of vision with all the trees. Anyway, didn't think anything of it and now I feel kind of bad. I run inside, grab my coat, call the company, while I'm near my car walking back to the end of the driveway near the road as I'm talking. Someone calls the toe driver, who I hear is named 'Anthony'. Good ole Anthony answers immediately with "this whole thing has been a nightmare" Well geez, now I feel worse. Guy says something to the effect of "yeah she said you drove right past her.." Anthony was clearly triggered by this. First thing Anthony blurts out is that I'm lying, rambled I'm about saying how "she said she couldn't see me, but now she can, so which is it!" More emotionally fueled trigger sensitive rambling from poor little Anthony I won't repeat and believe, I was pissed. Said very matter of factly that I'd call my insurance company and have someone with a level of intelligence come, I don't like being called a liar because someone's too stupid to see a driveway and passes it not once, but twice and "eff you people". So I guess what Anthony didn't think yo consider before cussing me out and calling me a liar, was that no, I cannot see you all the way at the end of the road when your nowhere near my house. I can see you, when you turn around and drive up bank the road and PASS my house. ESPECIALLY when I walk to the end of driveway to help you out, Anthony. Thing is, these guys had been here once before for the same exact thing and the kid who came was great. Insurance company even initially sent him to the wrong address and he was still patient and cooler about it than I would have been and he, GASP, saw the driveway and got here without any problem (once given the correct address) I told him I owed him one for having to drive around all over the place because of my insurance company and if he showed up again, Id get him coffee. Anyway, insurance company got another business. No whining about the road. No whining about how "no one told me to stay to the left" ‍ because I guess that's a thing....calling to give you instructions on how to get there...when your GPS is doing that... and found my house with zero problem. And the guy wasn't a huge dick. So, eat shit Anthony. I'm not a liar, you're just an idiot. I wish I could give zero stars. Negative 1000 stars. By far the most horrific service I have ever experienced in my life. Taking the already unpleasant situation of getting towed to a whole new dimension of alarming, confrontational, and bizarre. How this place has functioned as an actual business and not a movie set for a scary movie I cannot tell you. Charged bogus fees and refused to return my vehicle until I paid over double what I actually owed which ended up being an insane $500 for a 3 mile tow. There was no itemized receipt just a flat charge which they made up on the spot despite me asking how they got that total. Both people running the office got in my face and yelled at me, pointed a finger in my face, called me a liar, started playing Pokémon Go on their phone in the middle of our conversation, and followed me uncomfortably close out of the office into the parking lot all while shouting out barely coherent sentences in my face. Both employees were extremely on edge, lots of screaming and attempting to be physically intimidating, lots of twitching and refusal to make any eye contact while speaking. Please, do everything you can to avoid dealing with this people They are unprincipled liars and your vehicle can be seriously damaged! First thing I should say, is that my car is pretty new and in a perfect condition. Nothing is damaged, nothing is broken. I'm blowing off the dust from it. That night I had a flat tire and was missing a secret key to change it. Cass Towing was assigned by my car dealer to tow the vehicle. Their truck showed up almost 2 hours later than in should, around 11pm. Then, it got broken so the driver and his colleague took some time to fix the issue. They started putting my auto on the truck and the Cass driver switched the gear without bring the handbrake down! I pointed out to this fact, and after my words he did that. When everything was over, he took the keys from the car and explained the procedure: they will take my car to a dealership, close it, and leave the keys in a special box. Then it's a dealerships job to fix what's broken. He was about to leave and I noticed that the daylight beams is on, so asked my boyfriend to run and tell the driver that he forgot to switch the gear from neutral to parking and turn off the car. For some reason he started to turning on and off all other headlights so my boyfriend did everything by himself. Next morning I called to the dealership and they said that they found the car opened, with a damaged shift boot and the key was missing. Cass driver stated that he left the key inside of the car. Of course it wasn't there. The company said at first they are going to look for the key, couldn't find it, and at the end of the next day they agreed to pay for it. After the weekends they rejected to pay and came back to the statement that their guy left the key inside and it was my boyfriend, who damaged the shift boot. According to the dealership's mechanic suggestion, the driver probably lost the key, but needed to put my car down from the truck. There is a manual way to switch the gear from parking to neutral, you can do that opening the shift boot. That's probably what happened. I'd give this so called business negative amount of stars, if I could. They'll constantly hang up on you in the middle of the conversation and will be extremely mean while talking, regardless of the situation. They will lie, won't follow the procedure of picking-up/dropping off a vehicle, won't take the responsibility for their actions and can seriously harm your car! Please, protect yourself from a huge trouble and don't ever trust Cass Towing! read more

They towed my car to the wrong address, left it there and only towed it to the correct address when the police department threatened to tow my car because it was blocking someone else's house! Save yourself money and trouble by finding an alternative to Cass Towing. They responded to my flat tire this August and incorrectly placed the jack, not once, but twice, causing almost $700 in damage to my car. The driver was very nice and apologetic, promising that Cass Towing would take care of it. I filed a claim with my insurance company as one does, and Cass Towing contested the claim, but refused to provide any documentation or explanation, so for months I waited for the issue to be resolved. Eventually the case went to mediation (thank goodness I have a great insurance company that did all the legwork for me), where apparently Cass Towing finally provided documentation that they have a clause that protects them from any damages they do (they certainly didn't inform me of this and I didn't sign anything agreeing to this). So a week before Christmas, I found out that I was out hundreds of dollars all due to a simple flat tire and a poorly trained tow truck driver. read more
