We corrected him and he said MULTIPLE times he was going to fix it. He failed to do this and on day of delivery the transport company was not able to contact us to deliver our mattress. We then called mattress firm and they were able to do nothing to fix their careless mistake. They just said they would reschedule the delivery. Will not shop here again and don't recommend this place to anyone who actually wants good customer service especially after spending 1,500 on a mattress. Ridiculous.

They had so many cute, comfy, and surprisingly affordable pieces that I'm pretty sure I'll be going back to actually purchase soon. The workers were welcoming and helpful right when you walk in, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed instead of overwhelming. Also loved the little extras like the free snacks, and the two floors full of setups honestly make you want to move right in. Definitely worth stopping by if you're furniture shopping or even just looking for inspiration.

I understand accidents happen, but there should have been staff available, and the restroom should have been checked and cleaned promptly. I decided to call Sam's and fortunately they were able to schedule an appointment quicker and the trip charge cost a little less than the manufacturer's quote. The communication is great. Jon called us shortly before arrival and was very respectful from start to finish. He had a mask on the entire time and didn't leave any mess for our project. He was clearly experienced and answered our questions. He provided a quote for the repairs and said the quote would be valid for 30 days. The communication between the store, warehouse and Corp is awful. I even left a message for the owner to call me so I could discuss my concerns with him. But he never called. We paid for our furniture in full in June and was told that we would get the furniture in August. We ended up getting an incomplete order in September after making numerous calls. Most of the time we were promised call backs and never received them. When we did get them they were still empty promises with poor follow through. While I understand there have been delays with deliveries due to Covid, But this was totally unacceptable. We decided to support the community during this time instead of going to a big chain. We thought it was the right thing to do. But It's sad to have a store of this size to sit right in the middle of the city and to treat its customers as such. I will never shop here again. Frugal showed me exactly what they thought of me as a customer. They simply did not care. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!! They have to do better and show people that the business is appreciated. So sad...
