I have gone thru my fair share of pool companies and so far Superior Pool Pro has been my go to. Too many other companies either hire kids or have techs that don't take the time to service your pools. Knowing that we cannot go without a working unit throughout the summer, I needed service quick. Going through Yelp, I texted Superior (because of the great reviews, I needed someone trustworthy). I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Kudos to Superior for their prompt service and dedication to customers in need!

They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but they were right in the middle and were the only licensed pool repair service among the companies I considered. They were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and the installer was efficient, professional, and had the new pump installed quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the experience. Would I hire them again? I hope I don't need to anytime soon...but if I do, I would definitely call them again.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTICI!!!!…read more Over the last 30 years I have used many pool service companies. If you have your pool serviced, you know how hard it is to find a good one. I have finally found that with Lucidity Pool Care. He has been servicing my pool for 6 months now and it has never looked better! His company also has little touches that I appreciate. In addition to reliable and excellent servicing of my pool, he also sends an email each time he comes with a picture of my pool that is date and time stamped. The email also indicates what he did that day. These are little extras that are greatly appreciated. I also like that fact that he does not hire a bunch of kids to service my pool. He personally takes care of each pool himself. He definitely takes pride in his work and it shows. With no reservations, I can absolutely recommend Lucidity Pool Care.
