I worked with her and Ed to schedule a virtual Night at the Races event for my organization. The event was a big success and everyone had a great time. The event went off without a hitch! The pre-instructions were helpful and Ed's announcing for each race and in-between the races added to the evening of fun. We created our own special program, renaming the horses and jockeys and Ed used our program names when announcing the races. Everyone had such a great time and asked if we can do it again. These folks are pros. Ace and Jack ran our corporate poker tournament of 90 players and a separate casino party for 100 attendees which included one of every type of tables. Prior to the event date(s), I've communicated frequently with sales and accounting. I'd also give 5 stars for their response time knowledge. There was never a need to be-directed to various different people since everyone was extremely knowledgeable about the details of the event(s), regardless of their station. I've done extensive price comparison and found their fees to be quite reasonable and competitive. I am especially grateful for (both) Directors and all the dealers that worked with us. They know how to run the games but more importantly, they know how to work the crowds. Our guests really appreciated the energy and liveliness at each table. They set-up (and strike-out) within an hour. They are fast and know precisely where everything needs to be. Truthfully, I stepped aside and just allowed them to set-up. They don't require much of any instructions because they know exactly what needs to be done. We also opted to include the photo booth. They provide all the props, suitable for the theme of the event and you can also select to have your own background/boarder image for your photos. Our guests had a lot of fun with this. The worst event planners to work for....."Edison Vineza" I did an event for them back in Oct and till this day one day before Christmas still have not received a check for my work.Plus they claim it is a different amount that was mentioned and I have the text to prove it. The contract that was sent to me needs to be revised. All in all, I was happy with they're service. I wish that a person from they're team called me about the contract. I hope that ace and jack will adjust they're contract. The dealers did a good job. We rented 1 slot machine, a craps table and a roulette table. They did leave me in limbo, getting there 15 minutes before guests were about to arrive. I did think they would hand out money as advertised on they're website but everything was disbursed by coins. The reason I gave this a three star is because,I have my husband a 56 BD party .order crap table ..very Good .I also had the blackjack table ,very good .and 2 slots machines .This was the problem the slot machines did not work ,so the guy working the crappie table had to leave the crappie table when my guest was having a great time .He left the table for a good 20min trying to fix the slot machines. too no avail they didn't work.so time was wasted trying to get the machines on and when it was time to end the night ,the dealers had no problem packing up .They were nice I did tip them but I was very unhappy about the time wasted and my guest sitting waiting to continue .They arrived early and did not stay to the time on contract .Thinking about doing it over again but will probably use another vendor or just rent tables myself and find my own dealers ,someone who knows the game .my husband and I have been traveling to Vegas for the past 25yrs every year .this time I figured I'd bring Vegas too NJ .My Guest loved the idea of the casino in NJ.We also do superbowl as well for the last 25yrs where we host at least 80ppl .we began with games up until kick-off . read more
