Rodney took the time to allow me to try over 20 flavors. He really took the time to talk to me and made sure I knew about their process and the allergens that were in each flavor. You could tell that they really care about the product they are selling and they care about who they are selling to! My two favorites were the sour cream and cheddar and the kettle corn. I like that the sour cream and cheddar was savory and salty and was simply delicious! The kettle corn was not too sweet or salty; and did not taste artificial, which I found was the case with many commerical kettle corn brands. Popcorn Pit Stop is worth a stop or two when the area; and they ship worldwide as well. Yes, the prices are a little high, but it is worth it as the popcorn is amazing and made in house!

Parking in downtown Parkville can be a challenge! There are some spots on the street, or a few blocks south just past the railroad tracks are large parking lots. We shook the can and had to physically inspect the kernels ensuring we ate only the large ones to avoid the hard, break your teeth ones. Why didn't we return it to the store? We paid cash (and didn't take receipt) for the largest bag of cheese (around $27) the store is not super close, and it was very close to Christmas that we did not want to deal with. Oh, and I always send a can to out of town BFF; I won't be doing in the future. Sad that quality control is gone and that they sell expensive, inferior product. Mom was mentioning though that she recently tried buying a bag of it but it was awful and when she brought it to the attention of an employee the lady told her that the employees don't change out the butter as often as they should nor do they clean the butter pot as they should so the butter turns rancid. So mom takes a small pinch of it and pops it in her mouth and Immediately knew it was bad. I did the same and ewwwwww. It was foul. The popcorn is just popcorn so the butter is what has made Topsy's so good (in the past) but when my mom tried to tell the 'manager' the girl just wanted to make the soy butter excuse and state 'we sale it all day to people' instead of using the criticism as something is very different and very wrong.
