Double queen room. Clean !

Cashmere Inn was a perfectly, cute, presentable and clean little place to stay! Booked at the last minute (on a Wednesday for a one night Saturday stay) to accommodate a Leavenworth trip. We took the bus to and from the light festival downtown and the bus stop was well within walking distance of the inn. The inn did not disappoint to what was featured on yelp. It is modern and was very clean. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I hate staying in them. The cashmere inn was certainly top 5 of one of the nicest cleanest places I've stayed. Clean being the most important factor to me! This place does not have amenities and I wasn't expecting any. Just a nice, comfortable, clean place to stay over night and this was accomplished! We arrived about 25 min early and I was glad our room was ready. The new girl who's been there for just a couple months at the front desk was so sweet and friendly checking us in. We had applet cotlets for the first time! The reception area was small, warm and welcoming. There were some coffee pods for a keurig and a few tourist maps but that was about it. The room was perfectly sized for the three of us. Microwave, fridge / freezer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. None of those tiny little round bars for soap. A Mr. Coffee maker that I didn't use because I don't want to drink sink water. Plenty of outlets and counter top space for our stuff. Loved the duel sink and mirror area. The matte black finishes looked really good and clean in the room for the tub, mirrors, racks etc. the light fixtures are some of the nicest I've ever seen. I really loved everything about this place! Sheets and blankets were clean, white and spotless. The bed and pillows were not uncomfortable and I'm glad they had spare blankets in the closet, we used them ! The only cons which have no impact on rating: The door is very drafty. You can see the light from outside at the bottom of the door and the frame where it shuts. This made it very cold. The heater is old, loud, and the fan is strong. It blows right at the second bed in there. It works well though! I couldn't find a happy medium between too hot with it on and too cold when it was off. The roku remote didn't work maybe because we were in room 28 and the remote said 29. But it powered on and worked the volume? Just not the actual apps on the Roku stick. Not sure if the price I paid is average or if it's because it was holiday tourist time or due to last minute but it was $420 after taxes for one night, one room, 2 queen beds. I was fine paying that price for what we got! And the convenience of getting to Leavenworth but $400 seems steep for one night in an inn. One more thing, I found this place on booking dot com. I've used that site a lot. I went to the inn website to look further. Well if I would've booked on the other site it would have been over $480 for the added fees. So book through their own website!! Would recommend and would stay here again! 10/10

New Facade and Office view

Clean, great location close to Leavenworth. Also Cashmere itself is very pretty and has a nice vibe, especially during the snow. And looks way nicer than the picture here on yelp, the front facade was remodeled recently I'm guessing. Office worker was nice! Process was very easy for a good price.

What a gem! I happened upon this motel during a not he'd trip to Montana. I was just looking for a place to lay my head, so I pulled off the freeway in the next town that I found. The town turned out to be Cashmere...the hotel, the Village Inn. The hotel is family owned, and you would be hard pressed to find a nicer family. Mind you, this hotel is not fancy. There is not a pool, or a gym, but it is extremely clean and a really nice place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. In fact, we ended up staying at the hotel for two nights, and exploring the town, which has a great deal to offer. My girlfriend and i spent some time in a little town called Leavenworth, which is just west of Cashmere maybe 10 minutes. Judging by the crowds that we encountered and the fact that Leavenworth is obviously a tourist town, (it looks like a Bavarian village) loads of people stay in this area every year. My advice to smart travelers is to stay at the Village Inn and save loads of cash while staying in a fantastic, simple, little room, and get a twofer by checking out the charming town of Cashmere at the same time.

Our room had a step-in waterfall shower which was incredible. Great room is stocked with board games and brochures. Rooms come with smart TVs for unwinding. And oh my gosh the breakfast was absolutely filling, delicious and healthy to boot! Laurie was so accommodating with my vegetarian diet as well (she made me veggie sausage). I tried so hard not to pay attention to you but you couldn't help but draw attention to yourself. Next time please be quieter or just don't talk at all. I know this is embarrassing for you. Everything at this hotel is EXCELLENT as usual. The only thing that made it less excellent was your complaining. I can already see the future, you calling the hotel to complain about my review because I'm 100% sure you're about to post a complaint and will stumble upon this... please when you call to complain to the hotel about my review, will you let them know you're the short Romania man that I'm talking about...... who complained about having to check out of the room and still being allowed to use the amenities. Salute. Pool staff is excellent, they stay very professional and have classy behavior. The only time we've had issues at the pool is when there are needy guest. They draw so much attention to themselves when we're just trying to relax. Thankfully it's only been a few of the times we've been there. These people usually strike me as those less fortunate in spirit and at the bank. It's clear they over extended their bank account and are trying to milk it for every cent. I wish I could tell them to just go home but that would be giving them the attention they desperately seek.. and I'm sure would cause the staff more issues. Reception and dinning staff also excellent. They are very professional and kind. I've gotten so used to coming here I hate to say I have forgotten some of the formalities like waiting to be seated in the dinning room but the staff didn't make me feel bad for it. I was just very embarrassed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I wish I could take this hotel home with me every time I leave.

Stunning Spa Experience with Unacceptable $1,000/Night Customer Service…read more Our recent stay at the Posthotel Leavenworth was a mix of absolute luxury and frustrating neglect. While the amenities live up to the high reputation, the customer service for room issues falls incredibly short for a luxury resort. The Good: Spa and Dining The property itself is gorgeous, and the spa facilities are truly amazing. The aromatic rooms were the absolute highlight of my trip and incredibly relaxing. The food options were also fantastic, with the lunch menu being a standout. If you are going strictly for the wellness facilities and dining, it is a dream. The Bad: Room Maintenance and Ignored Requests Unfortunately, our experience was heavily tarnished by a broken TV and non-existent service. The physical volume on our room's Samsung TV was blown out and stuck at 100%. This caused the audio on the hotel app to be completely static-filled and entirely unwatchable. Paying over $1,000 a night, you expect prompt service. Instead, I asked staff members about five separate times to simply bring a remote to turn the master volume down. Every single request was ignored. The front desk and maintenance staff were completely unhelpful and never followed up or acknowledged the issue. We had to deal with this for both nights of our stay. Verdict After talking to others, I learned that this is a pattern: maintenance issues at this property are routinely ignored or promised a fix that never happens. While the Posthotel excels in relaxation and food, their hospitality and problem-solving are unacceptable at this price point. Beautiful facilities do not make up for ignoring your guests.

Keep in mind, the ambience of this Inn is part of Leavenworth so don't expect it to be completely modernized or contemporary. The staff were very nice and friendly. Always smiled as we passed through. The amenities available during your stay, was great! There are many more things available/ additional areas to this place that I didn't access during my stay. The dinning area is very clean and large with many windows to view the back of the property as well as, the snow capped mountains. The rooms are quite big and bathrooms are huge. Both very clean! The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. In the room, there are ACs and a door that leads to a small balcony with a patio table and chairs for the outer rooms. This area isn't a personal-ish space because there are no walls separating the other rooms and during our stay, we did not experience other patrons utilizing this access to enter nor exit therefore It wasn't an issue for us at all. The upper floors have access to the stairs going up or down to the parking stalls. I, personally, did not feel it was a security issue at all. No noise issue at all as well, very quiet and peaceful. I was able to checkout the family/game room and it is large with everything they say is available. There was nothing impersonal about this space even though It's a shared space. The 2 lounge areas make you feel like you are at home. We actually sat in the lounge area on the second floor to relax and figure out where we were going for dinner. I've seen families having lunch and others just doing their thing. The lounge areas were kept clean. Couches were comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the promenade and never felt unsafe. In summary, I really needed much RRR and the Enzian Inn did it for me!! Everything was perfect!! All that I experienced here, was intentional and I felt important. Thank you, Enzian Inn, for a wonderful experience and accommodations! Note: Our time spent here, was at the end of February 2026.

What we didn't know was what a special place Kathy and Brad had created for their guests. Our adventure started once we headed up a gravel road. At first, we thought we'd take a wrong turn - but no sooner that thought than a sign on a tree, "Mountain Home Lodge 2.2miles." We knew we were on the right track. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sierra and Millie, the MHL doggies. Brad came out with Carlos to say hi, ask if we needed anything- and loaded up our things to take to the cabin. Brad made sure we knew how the things worked, turned on the music, and left us to settle in. The cabin was perfect! Chairs in front of the fireplace, fluffy king-sized bed, large jacuzzi tub, rocking chairs and table on the porch, and a comfy couch in the loft to watch a movie. Small details were not missed - light toiletries, kurieg, and coffee. Blankets on every chair inside and out and plenty of towels. Did I mention the water pressure was awesome!? Around 5:30, we headed to the Lodge for appetizers prepared by Kathy- squash soup shots with crustini, cream cheese, strawberries, and a balsamic glaze. The view was amazing while we munched on our goodies. Kathy and Brad are so friendly and full of easy conversation. After appetizers, we headed back to our cabin and played a couple round of chess - the upstairs hutch had a few games for us to play. We fired up the jacuzzi tub and enjoyed a drink while basking in the mountain. Millie and Sierra stopped by to say goodnight, which we loved being dog people. We sat on the porch with them and watched the sky change from light to dark. In the mornings, there is a delightful breakfast offered. Everything was delicious. Kathy and Brad made lovely recommendations for things to do and food to eat. We were considering a hike, and millie and Sierra offered to come along. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for a hike- but we will definitely go with them next time! While we ate breakfast in the lodge, we decided to check out the mountain with the binoculars. I think my husband spent most of his time peering at the mountain with the binoculars at the Lodge and cabin. But like I said, the small touches make this place special. It's definitely a wonderful place to unplug. The quiet, views, and accommodations are amazing. I'm so happy to add Mountian Home Lodge to our not so far- feels like a real vacation getaways.

As parents of a 3 year old and a 1 year old, we have not felt this relaxed in a LONG time. Brad and Kathy have thought of literally everything. Need a wine opener? No problem. Champagne chiller? You got it. Trail maps, walking sticks, snow shoes, movies to watch, games to play.... no problem. It's all there for guests to borrow. We stayed in the Mountain Trout room, which was nicely appointed with a queen bed, super plush carpet, comfy robes, oversized towels, and really nice sheets. As we were lucky enough to squeeze in after someone else canceled, we didn't get our pick of a room, but we didn't mind at all. Included in our rate was a healthy and delicious breakfast made by the lodge chef, using many ingredients harvested from the property. We were also treated to complimentary appetizers and wine in the evenings. It was divine. Brad and Kathy take great pride in the lodge and love to share their knowledge of the local area, from where to have dinner or where to hike. Like another reviewer said; nothing feels fake. You feel like a welcomed guest in a very comfortable setting, and you leave feeling like you have made new friends. A nice touch was the balloons that were in our room upon our arrival. They knew we were there for an anniversary and this was a very sweet gesture. We also found a small bottle of port waiting for us in our room each evening. A typical day was waking up, enjoying the lovely breakfast and views, chatting with the hosts and other guests, hiking the trails immediately behind the lodge (We did the Peshastin Lookout; approximately 5 miles RT and spectacular) with the resident dog "Millie", coming back for a soak in the outdoor hot tub, then walking or driving into downtown for shopping, dinner (if not eating at the lodge), or Oktoberfest shenanigans, then back to the lodge for a game of cards in the media room. Repeat. We would come back to MHL a million times over. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you so very much!
