    Double queen room. Clean !
    tiara a.

Cashmere Inn was a perfectly, cute, presentable and clean little place to stay! Booked at the last minute (on a Wednesday for a one night Saturday stay) to accommodate a Leavenworth trip. We took the bus to and from the light festival downtown and the bus stop was well within walking distance of the inn. The inn did not disappoint to what was featured on yelp. It is modern and was very clean. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I hate staying in them. The cashmere inn was certainly top 5 of one of the nicest cleanest places I've stayed. Clean being the most important factor to me! This place does not have amenities and I wasn't expecting any. Just a nice, comfortable, clean place to stay over night and this was accomplished! We arrived about 25 min early and I was glad our room was ready. The new girl who's been there for just a couple months at the front desk was so sweet and friendly checking us in. We had applet cotlets for the first time! The reception area was small, warm and welcoming. There were some coffee pods for a keurig and a few tourist maps but that was about it. The room was perfectly sized for the three of us. Microwave, fridge / freezer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash. None of those tiny little round bars for soap. A Mr. Coffee maker that I didn't use because I don't want to drink sink water. Plenty of outlets and counter top space for our stuff. Loved the duel sink and mirror area. The matte black finishes looked really good and clean in the room for the tub, mirrors, racks etc. the light fixtures are some of the nicest I've ever seen. I really loved everything about this place! Sheets and blankets were clean, white and spotless. The bed and pillows were not uncomfortable and I'm glad they had spare blankets in the closet, we used them ! The only cons which have no impact on rating: The door is very drafty. You can see the light from outside at the bottom of the door and the frame where it shuts. This made it very cold. The heater is old, loud, and the fan is strong. It blows right at the second bed in there. It works well though! I couldn't find a happy medium between too hot with it on and too cold when it was off. The roku remote didn't work maybe because we were in room 28 and the remote said 29. But it powered on and worked the volume? Just not the actual apps on the Roku stick. Not sure if the price I paid is average or if it's because it was holiday tourist time or due to last minute but it was $420 after taxes for one night, one room, 2 queen beds. I was fine paying that price for what we got! And the convenience of getting to Leavenworth but $400 seems steep for one night in an inn. One more thing, I found this place on booking dot com. I've used that site a lot. I went to the inn website to look further. Well if I would've booked on the other site it would have been over $480 for the added fees. So book through their own website!! Would recommend and would stay here again! 10/10

    New Facade and Office view

Clean, great location close to Leavenworth. Also Cashmere itself is very pretty and has a nice vibe, especially during the snow. And looks way nicer than the picture here on yelp, the front facade was remodeled recently I'm guessing. Office worker was nice! Process was very easy for a good price.

What a gem! I happened upon this motel during a not he'd trip to Montana. I was just looking for a place to lay my head, so I pulled off the freeway in the next town that I found. The town turned out to be Cashmere...the hotel, the Village Inn. The hotel is family owned, and you would be hard pressed to find a nicer family. Mind you, this hotel is not fancy. There is not a pool, or a gym, but it is extremely clean and a really nice place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. In fact, we ended up staying at the hotel for two nights, and exploring the town, which has a great deal to offer. My girlfriend and i spent some time in a little town called Leavenworth, which is just west of Cashmere maybe 10 minutes. Judging by the crowds that we encountered and the fact that Leavenworth is obviously a tourist town, (it looks like a Bavarian village) loads of people stay in this area every year. My advice to smart travelers is to stay at the Village Inn and save loads of cash while staying in a fantastic, simple, little room, and get a twofer by checking out the charming town of Cashmere at the same time.

Our room had a step-in waterfall shower which was incredible. Great room is stocked with board games and brochures. Rooms come with smart TVs for unwinding. The location is wonderful as you can walk to the Leavenworth village in just a few minutes. The room was comfortable, the bed plush and plenty of pillows to choose from. Although there was an adjoining door, thankfully noise was not an issue during our stay. We had the complimentary breakfast on our first morning here, which is a nice perk of staying here. I liked the omelet with onions and peppers. The food was OK overall. We got a margarita pizza from the pub restaurant which was good. It's nice to have a food option available right in the hotel. Went into the pool once - it's located outside. It was refreshing to cool off. The size of the pool is on the smaller side, and so once people come in and get noisy, naturally it isn't so relaxing. Would've stayed in longer, but oh well. The first night, my family member told me that our room was out of conditioner and she used the little bit remaining, and that we were also low on shampoo. I went to the front desk and requested more shampoo and conditioner. The desk attendant said you just had to push the container hard (there are dispensers opposed to individual travel-size bottles). I went back to the room and only got a few drops of conditioner to use. The following day, we asked a housekeeping team member to check our dispensers. She ALSO said you just had to push the dispenser hard. But when they came to our room later that day, we saw that the dispensers had been filled up because finally there was product in each and plenty to use. Not sure why it couldn't have been fixed in the first place, and it was assumed we weren't using them correctly. Once we checked out from the hotel, my family member remarked it was strange that the person at the front desk just promptly took our two room key cards and didn't say anything, like briefly asking how our stay was, or simply just a quick 'thank you' for staying here. Maybe it was just particularly busy.... but something like that can go a long way.

I will drive to a fresh fruit stand also. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast also. The very fluffy biscuits seemed home made and the sweets(cinnamon rolls and a walnut something muffin) also appeared to be done locally. I enjoyed my cinnamon roll. Coffee was excellent, not watery. The meat protein varied and was also surprisingly very decent, not to salty. The breakfast is better than at most Hilton properties, IMHO. I highly recommend this hotel.

Salute. Pool staff is excellent, they stay very professional and have classy behavior. The only time we've had issues at the pool is when there are needy guest. They draw so much attention to themselves when we're just trying to relax. Thankfully it's only been a few of the times we've been there. These people usually strike me as those less fortunate in spirit and at the bank. It's clear they over extended their bank account and are trying to milk it for every cent. I wish I could tell them to just go home but that would be giving them the attention they desperately seek.. and I'm sure would cause the staff more issues. Reception and dinning staff also excellent. They are very professional and kind. The entrance is locked, so I used the call button, and a staff member told me I could come in with a few questions. I walked the few steps straight to the front desk. It quickly became clear entry was for me alone perhaps I missed this part over the intercom, and my group was commanded to "get out" outside like we just trespassed and they obliged fast, legit they were scared. Now how a hotel wants to run its business is the hotel's call to make, and I don't dispute it. What I take issue with is the delivery and lack of respect. When I calmly mentioned this wasn't a great first impression with a light chuckle to make light of situation and tried to explain how it came off , the front desk employee, who identified himself as Michael, cut me off with "stop, stop" instead of a brief, courteous explanation. His reasoning was that this is a "guest exclusive" hotel, which is an odd thing to lead with toward someone who walked in specifically to ask about becoming a guest. I have no issue with a guests-only, adults-only policy. My issue is entirely with how a prospective, paying customer was treated at the door. For a property with this reputation and price point, I expected warmth and patience. What I got was curt and dismissive from the first moment. I'm 34 years old and I've never had a hotel interaction like this. This is only the second review about a hotel I've written in my life and the first negative one. I don't make a habit of complaining. I walked in genuinely hoping to book, wanting to become one of the five-star reviews I'd read. Instead I left having been talked over at the front desk. If you're weighing whether the glowing ratings tell the whole story, take that for what it's worth. To the Johnson family and Steinbock Resorts: five generations in Leavenworth, a hotel you designed and built with your own hands, a reputation people drive across the state for. That legacy deserves better representation at the door. One employee, in one minute, can undo years of what your family spent decades building. I hope this reaches you, and I hope you take it seriously.

Always smiled as we passed through. The amenities available during your stay, was great! There are many more things available/ additional areas to this place that I didn't access during my stay. The dinning area is very clean and large with many windows to view the back of the property as well as, the snow capped mountains. The rooms are quite big and bathrooms are huge. Both very clean! The beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. In the room, there are ACs and a door that leads to a small balcony with a patio table and chairs for the outer rooms. This area isn't a personal-ish space because there are no walls separating the other rooms and during our stay, we did not experience other patrons utilizing this access to enter nor exit therefore It wasn't an issue for us at all. The upper floors have access to the stairs going up or down to the parking stalls. I, personally, did not feel it was a security issue at all. No noise issue at all as well, very quiet and peaceful. I was able to checkout the family/game room and it is large with everything they say is available. There was nothing impersonal about this space even though It's a shared space. The 2 lounge areas make you feel like you are at home. We actually sat in the lounge area on the second floor to relax and figure out where we were going for dinner. I've seen families having lunch and others just doing their thing. The lounge areas were kept clean. Couches were comfortable too. We were in walking distance to the promenade and never felt unsafe. In summary, I really needed much RRR and the Enzian Inn did it for me!! Everything was perfect!! All that I experienced here, was intentional and I felt important. Thank you, Enzian Inn, for a wonderful experience and accommodations! Note: Our time spent here, was at the end of February 2026.

What we didn't know was what a special place Kathy and Brad had created for their guests. Our adventure started once we headed up a gravel road. At first, we thought we'd take a wrong turn - but no sooner that thought than a sign on a tree, "Mountain Home Lodge 2.2miles." We knew we were on the right track. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sierra and Millie, the MHL doggies. Brad came out with Carlos to say hi, ask if we needed anything- and loaded up our things to take to the cabin. Brad made sure we knew how the things worked, turned on the music, and left us to settle in. The cabin was perfect! Chairs in front of the fireplace, fluffy king-sized bed, large jacuzzi tub, rocking chairs and table on the porch, and a comfy couch in the loft to watch a movie. Small details were not missed - light toiletries, kurieg, and coffee. Blankets on every chair inside and out and plenty of towels. Did I mention the water pressure was awesome!? Around 5:30, we headed to the Lodge for appetizers prepared by Kathy- squash soup shots with crustini, cream cheese, strawberries, and a balsamic glaze. The view was amazing while we munched on our goodies. Kathy and Brad are so friendly and full of easy conversation. After appetizers, we headed back to our cabin and played a couple round of chess - the upstairs hutch had a few games for us to play. We fired up the jacuzzi tub and enjoyed a drink while basking in the mountain. Millie and Sierra stopped by to say goodnight, which we loved being dog people. We sat on the porch with them and watched the sky change from light to dark. In the mornings, there is a delightful breakfast offered. Everything was delicious. Kathy and Brad made lovely recommendations for things to do and food to eat. We were considering a hike, and millie and Sierra offered to come along. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for a hike- but we will definitely go with them next time! While we ate breakfast in the lodge, we decided to check out the mountain with the binoculars. I think my husband spent most of his time peering at the mountain with the binoculars at the Lodge and cabin. But like I said, the small touches make this place special. It's definitely a wonderful place to unplug. The quiet, views, and accommodations are amazing. I'm so happy to add Mountian Home Lodge to our not so far- feels like a real vacation getaways.

We stayed in the Mountain Trout room, which was nicely appointed with a queen bed, super plush carpet, comfy robes, oversized towels, and really nice sheets. As we were lucky enough to squeeze in after someone else canceled, we didn't get our pick of a room, but we didn't mind at all. Included in our rate was a healthy and delicious breakfast made by the lodge chef, using many ingredients harvested from the property. We were also treated to complimentary appetizers and wine in the evenings. It was divine. Brad and Kathy take great pride in the lodge and love to share their knowledge of the local area, from where to have dinner or where to hike. Like another reviewer said; nothing feels fake. You feel like a welcomed guest in a very comfortable setting, and you leave feeling like you have made new friends. A nice touch was the balloons that were in our room upon our arrival. They knew we were there for an anniversary and this was a very sweet gesture. We also found a small bottle of port waiting for us in our room each evening. A typical day was waking up, enjoying the lovely breakfast and views, chatting with the hosts and other guests, hiking the trails immediately behind the lodge (We did the Peshastin Lookout; approximately 5 miles RT and spectacular) with the resident dog "Millie", coming back for a soak in the outdoor hot tub, then walking or driving into downtown for shopping, dinner (if not eating at the lodge), or Oktoberfest shenanigans, then back to the lodge for a game of cards in the media room. Repeat. We would come back to MHL a million times over. 5 stars all the way around. Thank you so very much!

Distressing Extended Stay With Package Problems, Housekeeping Limitations, Poor Communication, and…read moreLost Medically Prepared Food I stayed at SpringHill Suites Wenatchee during an extended healthcare work assignment. As a traveling Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in lifestyle medicine, I rely on hotels for safe rest, reliable housekeeping, functioning amenities, timely access to deliveries, and secure handling of food and belongings. Unfortunately, this became one of my most difficult hotel experiences. The property did not provide guest access to filtered drinking water. I found the tap water unpleasant, leaving bottled water as the only practical option. The hotel also repeatedly declined to provide basic dishware and food-preparation items such as cups, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, and a cutting board. For a long-term business stay, this made basic hydration and meal preparation unnecessarily difficult. One area deserves recognition: maintenance. The bathtub drain issue was repaired promptly, and the engineering staff made good-faith efforts to help. Maintenance follow-through was excellent. Housekeeping was far more difficult. Service hours repeatedly conflicted with my healthcare work schedule and irregular sleeping hours. Near the end of my stay, management photographed portions of my room and sent the images to my employer. The bathroom did require cleaning, and I accept that. However, I found it deeply humiliating that the photographs were shared without what I believe was important context: limited housekeeping availability, severe sleep disruption, my work schedule, and the abrupt departure process. I was concerned that sending those images to my employer could harm my professional reputation. Package handling was another major problem. I repeatedly had difficulty obtaining packages that had already arrived, and some appeared to remain at the hotel for extended periods. As a long-term business traveler, I should not have had to make repeated requests to access deliveries addressed to me. My most serious concern involved two frozen boxes of medically prepared meals valued at approximately $250 each, for a total loss of about $500. The day before departure, Theresa at the front desk told me that the two frozen boxes were still being held and could be retrieved when I left the following day. I also had one refrigerated box that had spoiled, and I specifically authorized disposal of that refrigerated box. At checkout, another front-desk associate told me that Theresa had documented the opposite: that I wanted the two frozen boxes discarded. The valuable frozen meals were gone, while the spoiled refrigerated food had been kept and returned to me. That was not what I requested. I cannot determine whether this resulted from inaccurate documentation, miscommunication, or another cause. However, the result was the loss of approximately $500 in medically prepared food. I requested a written explanation and reimbursement. The final days of my stay were also poorly handled. I spent several days trying to coordinate packages, storage bins, shipping labels, food, and other belongings. Management appears to have known that my follow-up reservation would not be honored, yet I was not given clear and timely notice until the end of my stay. That left me managing an abrupt move, work responsibilities, belongings, shipping logistics, and severe sleep deprivation under extreme pressure. This was an extended healthcare work stay, not a brief leisure visit. The hotel functioned as my temporary home. Reliable sleep, timely communication, psychological safety, and secure handling of my property were essential. The cumulative impact was profound. I became severely sleep deprived, physically and emotionally exhausted, and increasingly concerned about my ability to rest adequately before caring for patients. During the early morning hours following my birthday, I required emergency medical evaluation and contacted the behavioral-health crisis support line available through my insurance. The property itself is attractive, and the engineering team was a clear positive. Unfortunately, the package delays, housekeeping limitations, food-storage failure, late communication, and management escalation outweighed those strengths. After this experience, I have decided to move my future hotel business elsewhere whenever possible.
