It has a very large garden section, with plenty of trees, plants, and flowers to choose from. Also plenty of decorations as well to beautify your yard. We purchased a few flowering plants, while here. We think we got some good deals while here. We also went inside and checked out the gas grills as ours has seen better days through constant use. We think we can still get another years worth of use out of it, but will probably have to come back next year to buy one. No lines at all during checkout, even though it was the weekend. The employee who rung up our items was nice and friendly. Great store!

The rep that came out from this company arrived on time, but that's about as good as it got. The rep had 0 personality and was downright rude to my ailing mother. He came and went to look at the dishwasher and stated that it would need pulled from the counter. Why wasn't this stated before he ever showed up? Instead, he asked if we could remove it or had anyone we could call to do so. I dont know if anyone has something they can call to do such a task at 8 am on speed dial, but we sure don't! He then told us he won't risk taking it out and damaging the flooring, so instead pulled the bottom panel and stated that he'd have to order a part to repair it. My only concern is that without seeing the whole unit, how are we certain that the correct part is being ordered. I would love to tell what his name was. However, I was never provided with a name! Man had no people skills whatsoever, and for someone who works hand in hand with customers, I think he may need a new line of work!

I've ordered many projects through online order service - ranging from a major garage organization project to outfitting our new sunroom and several painting projects in between. From lighting to furniture - great selection and fair pricing brings me back to Home Depot again and again. Tips: 1) Sign in, make an account, and create specialized lists for your projects, room by room. It's a great way to keep track of things you love and monitor price for sales, etc. 2) Do not fall for "estimated delivery". It's truly an estimate and there is a difference between the ship date (start of delivery) and delivery date (end of delivery). This will vary greatly depending on where you live and which distribution center or store is shipping your item. The process is easy to follow once the item is shipped / picked up by the carrier - but until then, you will not have information. Be patient and it will end well. Most of the time. 3) Do not hesitate to engage a chat session with a customer service specialist. I have resolved every single issue with an online rep and they have been absolutely wonderful. 5-star service.
