Trust me. $16,000 is an expensive mistake to make. Edit: looking at the reviews, they are all 6 plus years old. How times have changed.

I talked to her again and she promised to fix it. I told her great please call me back when you're done because I'm working and I cannot be on the phone right now. She never called me back and she never fixed it. I have just DONE with them.
