While I was dealing with the loss on my totaled vehicle, car insurance (State Farm), dealership(Haley on Laburnum Ave) where I purchased it and Chartway. Worse experience I have ever been through with a totaled vehicle. Chartway being the worse because all they cared about was their next payment and was not willing to work with you at all. I gave them VERY specific instructions on where to send the title. The title is lost and now I'm exerting much time and expense trying to replace the title and get it to the location where it belongs. The people there do talk a good game, but when I needed help, I couldn't get anyone to respond. I called one person who described herself as the Assistant VP of Branch operations, Ariel. She spoke as though she could and was willing to help. I called her more than 5 times and left voice messages and messages with people. She never called me back. And when I asked to speak with someone else, low and behold, there is no-one who could (or was willing) to advise me. This is banking from the dark ages. The app is ancient, the web page is not user friendly. It takes a monumental effort to accomplish anything. Lesson learned. Stick with the Devil you know.
