I made an appointment for the following Saturday with Erika and it was cut short due to a glitch in the system. My profile was flagged and I could not finish registration until a manager could verify and approve my application. Through the process, Erika was very communicative and reassuring. She also followed up with me today, as promised and my account set up is underway.
