I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with an extra pack of dressing. I get it home, open the salad, opened a pack of dressing and poured it on. Much to my dismay, the color of the dressing was brown! I didn't think to confirm the dressing was sacked correctly. The onus on me for that one. I called the store to let them know of the error, and I wanted the Ceasar as I had my taste buds prepared it. The kid on the other end appeared to be utterly confused. She agreed to replace the salad, but she was even further confused when I said it would have to wait another hour. Then she informed me that it was shift change at 1:00. "And?" I inquired. "Well. I don't know if the next shift will know what to do," she advised in a weak voice. In the words of Scooby..."Durrh?" "Isn't there a manager there?" "I am one of the managers." She so boldly replied. "I will be there in less than an hour, " I replied thinking that this wasn't going to go easily or quickly. I arrived and pulled up to the drive-thru. Hotter than hell outside. No one comes despite the fact I could clearly see the girl inside clearly see I was waiting. Nope, not an answer at the window. I pull around and go in. Irritated even more now. The little girl at the counter stared at me with blank eyes after I explained why I was there. I handed her one packet of dressing since it is a health code violation to return open food that has left the store. The kid that had seen me through the window came to the other kids aid--with an obviously indignant attitude. I explain it to her. Now she appears pissed because she had to turn and walk five feet to the fridge, pull out one pack of dressing and TOSS it on the counter toward me like she was dealing cards--and it RANCH dressing no less. Again, I reiterate what the screw up was so the bobble-headed gal grabs the one pack and walks back over the to the ticked off gal. I could hear her whisper "why does she need two dressings?" I spoke loudly at this point and said, "For the last time: I ordered a salad. It COMES with one pack of CEASAR dressing. I PAID for a second. You have the receipt in your hand." I got my salad and left. There are other pizza places in town. Go to one of them unless you just want to add to your struggle.

Normally, I love Little Caesar pizza, but today I was thoroughly disappointed. My husband and I…read moreneeded a quick and easy dinner tonight after choir practice so we decided to swing by our local Little Caesars to pick up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and an order of crazy bread. When we walked in, there were 2 young (elementary school-aged) boys waiting in the entryway and no one was at the front counter. After waiting for several minutes and several more customers filling the room behind us, a young man finally came out and asked who was there first. The boys stepped up and very politely asked for their online order. The young man checked and said their pizzas were not ready. After that, he took my order. When asked, he said they had no hot and ready pepperoni pizzas but one would be out of the oven in 1 minute. 1 minute passed and there was no pizza. Several other customers had placed their orders and eventually, the young man returned to the kitchen after being called by a young woman (presumably a supervisor) who said "The customers at the counter can wait. Come work in the kitchen." At this, the young man left for the kitchen and several of the waiting customers left the store without placing their order. At this point, my husband and I had been waiting 5-10 minutes for our 1-minute pizza and the young boys were still standing in the corner waiting for their order without being checked on. Several minutes passed and more customers arrived, the young man came out and took orders, and then he checked the warmer for our pizza and the boys' pizza and said they weren't ready. A bit later a young girl came out. She presents several people with pizzas takes some orders and then checks on the young boys' order and says it's still not ready. After this, she went back towards the kitchen and spoke to another employee. From the front of the store, I could hear the conversation as follows. "We need to get another pizza in the oven for them now! I know I put their pizza in the warmer, but we must have sold it to someone else. Those boys have been waiting here for almost an hour!" Another 10 minutes pass... One of the young boys went out to the car and came back with a young lady (probably a sister). Finally, the young man who took my order comes back out, looks in the warmer, and hands the young boy his 3 pizzas. All three of those pizzas had been sitting in the warmer since I had arrived but the employees had not taken the time to look on more than 1 shelf. Another 4-5 minutes passed, and finally, the young man came back out to give another customer her order and then asked me about mine. I gave him my name and he proceeded to hand the box of pizza and the bag of crazy bread with my name on it to the other customer while handing me her order. Like the young boys, my pizza order had been sitting in the warming tray since I had arrived. At no point did a manager come out nor were any refunds or apologies offered. Needless to say, this was probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I have never seen any business managed more poorly. In addition to the slow service and the lack of care shown by the employees, the restaurant was dirty with cobwebs hanging from some parts of the shop. After eating a small portion of the pizza, my husband and I both felt very ill. Needless to say, I would not recommend this Little Caesars branch to anyone wanting timely service or decent food.
