The gentleman (Oscar) who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock at this location at the time, but he was able to order it for me. Thanks Oscar! The tire arrived at this shop on the same day, but I couldn't head over here because I was about to head out of town that day. I had to wait until I got back from my trip. While I was away, I got a couple calls from this place to remind me that they have the tire and they were ready for me when I was available to bring my car in. That's great follow up service in my book! Thank you. On the day of my return, I drove here 15 minutes before closing time. Staff was friendly and nice. They were able to put the new tire on my car very quickly. The spare was pumped with air prior to it being placed back in the trunk area. Thanks for the quickness! While I was waiting, I observed their entire team at work. Every team member was working diligently in cleaning up and preparing to close shop. It was a very humbling sight. I appreciate a hardworking team. Thank you America's Tire for your wonderful staff and great service! Highly recommend. I'll be coming back here for future tire services! Tip: If you have AAA, you may get $10 off a newly purchased tire from America's Tire. If you rent a car from Enterprise and you happen to have tire issues, you may go to America's Tire to have it serviced.
