Looked in the box and saw what looked to be 2 dozen tatertots with burnt cheese melted over and around it... for $6.99. This is something I can make at home at 2AM. Nothing like what the order appeared to be on the picture. Whatever, I was hungry. I asked the employee for an order of 8 wings for carryout. $11.99. As I stand there waiting for my order of wings, I saw that none of the employees wear gloves when preparing food. I was there for about 10 minutes and not once did I see anyone wash their hands. I saw my wings had BBQ sauce just squirted over them. Where's the even glaze? After my order is up, I get the wings and tater tots. Bring them home for my wife and I to enjoy, and I was disappointed. The tatertots are small, bacon was all clumped in the middle, chewy as can be. Made sure to pick off the burnt cheese from the edges before eating it. Moved on to the wings, one wing had hardly any BBQ, the next wing I might as well have just taken a drink of BBQ sauce. Wings were not crispy by any means. The meat and skin was chewy and slimy. Totally disappointing. The "Loaded Tots" are lackluster at this location. Stick to pizza, and go over employee cleanliness/hygiene please. I really wish I would have taken a picture of them before making this post. 1 star for decent wait time 1 star for nice customer service
