I worked with Casey's team, primarily Daniel and Chery to close our loan within 3 weeks as they did a terrific job. Daniel explained loan selection rates patiently and professionally in the very beginning for us to find us best ARM option, and Chery gather all the loan documents in a very timely and systematic manner. The whole process is seamless before closing and we can get frequent updates from them about what to expect next. Our finalizing loan document looks discrepant from what was provided to us earlier, after some investigation the reason was found to be my realtor's rebate exceeded the total loan closing cost, so the excessive amount was returned to our realtor, which further resulted in a after-tax loss on us. I was kind of confused as such information should be delivered to us earlier instead of just 1 day before closing of escrow, in which case we have to sign to close on time. After the closing, we raised our concern but didn't get enough attention in the 1st week, then I directly called Daniel to explain our situation, he responded immediately and tried his best to minimize our loss by compensating us the loss with apologies, for which I sincerely appreciated. So I would say this loaner is beyond what you can expect, by truly caring for their customers needs and can always standing on customer's side in case of any incident.
