I ended up buying an external network adapter for $18 on Amazon and now I can get on the internet without a problem.

He has not done any repairs or sent it out to be repaired and refuses to set up a time so I can just retrieve it and go to a different company. DO NOT drop off your product to him. I have had police go to his business and there is little they can do unless I want to press charges and up until now I was giving him the benefit of the doubt.
