S'mores Pizza
Isabella

Love the S'mores pizza so much. When they gave me the apple cinnamon dessert pizza by mistake, they were very helpful in correcting this and giving me the correct pizza. Great service and food.

This place has great food, friendly staff, and solid value for the quality and amount of food served. We were at Volition Brewing and walked over for the food truck pizza. Solid pizza, flavorable with the smoky wood fired oven, and crust is crispy on the outside and chewy inside. Loved the variety of pizzas, and the chicken wings were great. So large and meaty!

This is a pizza truck just outside of Volition Brewing. There's no seating cause its just a truck, but Volition allows food and is a great place to grab a beer that pairs well with their pizza! Naked Wings (5): These just sounded good so decided to order them. Sooo glad I did. They were AMAZING! Crispy on the outside. Moist and juicy on the inside. Dare I say it didn't need any sauce? Great sign. Any sauce that you dip it in just kicks it up a notch. Don't miss out on these! Pepperoni (5): I think they just have an amazing oven cause their pizza is crispy and they use quality ingredients. So I'm thinking any topping you get will just come out tasty. They probably put those wings in there too which made it amazingly good as well! Hawaiian (5): As stated above, any pizza is gonna come out crispy and good. If you're on the pineapple bus, then you'll like this! I know some hold to the idea that pineapple doesn't belong on pizza. Not me. Put pineapple on everything! Pleasantly surprised trying this place out. Pair it with a beer from Volition and you got yourself a date night!

North Bend has a lot of tasty pizza and Cascadia is definitely one of my faves. They have pepperoni cups! The Nona, Northwestern, and Big G are faves. Pizzas are personal size, 4 pieces. Pizzas come with a gourmet price tag, which I would expect from a wood-fired pizza of this quality. What nobody seems to talk about is their bangin' wings! I would venture to say the best wings in the Valley. Always friendly staff.

Northwestern Pizza

Yes, this pizza lives up to the hype. My family and I had been hearing about it for ages and finally decided to pick some up. We got in the car to take it home and we're immediately overwhelmed, in the best way possible, by the smell of the pizza. The employees had it ready right on time based on our scheduled pick up! The garlic cheese bread is amazing -- the garlic sauce is so garlic forward but not overwhelming. The pepperoni pizza was superb, with adequate amounts of pepperoni and I appreciate how they use the cups. I had the pizza with garlic sauce and arugula as well and it was amazing -- a perfect balance of sweetness, saltiness and flavor. Overall, the crust is fantastic -- light and just the right amount of chewiness. I can say with a level of certainty that this is some of the best pizza I've ever had. Don't be shy about giving it a try!

Consistently the best pizza we've had in North Bend ~ recommend getting a side of hot honey. We've tried almost everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed. Thin, chewy, wood fired ~ pretty solid Neapolitan pizza. Toppings are fresh and tasty. We microwave or put under the broiler at home ~ and have some ranch and olive oil on hand for dipping the cornicione in.

So good! Not too big, not too small, and full of flavor for a "small" pizza. My faves were the northwestern and the tahoma. 5 stars

We showed up last night, late, after we'd both been working downtown doing physical work that just wore us out. Sure, we're in our seventh decade, but we both stay busy! And we just didn't want to cook a dinner after we have given out all our energy. So we walked in, and noted that the place is brightly lit and feels homey while also feeling like a place to be comfortable and not worry about who's watching. We went up to the bar to order our food and drinks, and sat at a table with our drinks. We maybe were there about five to ten minutes and our food came out, fresh and hot and with amazing scents of delightful ingredients. I had the Spicy Burger, which comes with a *six* ounce patty, with cheese, lettuce & tomato and onion, and a spicy chipotle mayo sauce and pickled jalapenos on a brioche. I *love* spicy food anyway, and this hit the spot. Spicy enough to fill the craving I had, and juicy enough that I needed a dozen extra napkins to catch all the juices and spices. My wife had the fish & chips. The fish was made with battered cod, and it was flaky and tender to the point of being "fall apart in your mouth" fresh. The tartar sauce was very good, too. And we both were so very pleased with the fries. They cut the potatoes into strips maybe 1/4" thick and 1/2" wide, but then they dip them in beer batter before deep-frying them. They were *amazing* - crisp and hot and tasty, and well seasoned. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and we have made it a plan that the brewery will become one of the local restaurants we will return to often for a good meal after a hard day.

And since they don't have a kitchen, dogs are allowed inside. Service is friendly and helpful, although there's usually just a single bartender working which means you may have to wait for a beer during busy times. I normally would rate them 4 or 5 stars, but they don't list either the prices nor the type of glass they serve it in, so it's up to them how much they'll charge you for a drink and how much they'll give you. They don't even list this info on their website. I could ask the beertender, but when they are busy I feel bad doing this to them and inconveniencing those waiting in line behind me.

The beer is excellent, especially the seasonal releases. There's always something on tap that makes you slow down, pay attention, and then mentally note, "I need to have this again before it's gone." Thoughtful, well-balanced, and clearly brewed with care. The space has real personality. Han frozen in carbonite on the wall... solo, no Jabba in sight. It sets the tone immediately. Add pinball machines (yes, real pinball), and it feels more like a hangout than a tasting room. There are pinball tournaments! The staff is a huge part of why I keep coming back: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. They know the beer, they like the beer, and it shows. Bonus points for being able to bring in local food. Grab something nearby, bring it in, pair it with a great pint, and you're set. They often have food trucks outback, which is great for those nights when you aren't in the mood to cook. Dinner + beer all in one spot. Amazing beer, amazing staff, and a space that gets it right. Volition is exactly what a local brewery should be.

Because of that alone, I instantly felt like I could trust them... and now I absolutely love this place. The food is wonderful, the service is great, and even though it's a small space, they do an amazing job with everything. I'm obsessed with the manicotti--I can easily eat the whole thing, which is not typical for me at all. It's that good. My guy's dish was generous too, but a bit heavy on the oil for his taste, so he didn't finish it. Still, definitely worth the stop. The wine, the manicotti, and the cozy vibe make it a perfect little Italian escape every time.

It wasn't too thin either I (and the others) also really enjoyed the fusilli primavera - the pasta was really nice and soft, and the vegetables were cooked well. there was a nice amount of oil that coated everything to impart good flavor i also ordered the cannoli as a dessert this was interesting - the outer shell was really hard and crunchy - which was nice, and the inner filling wasn't as sweet as you'd expect from a dessert - as it was more cheesy - but i still thought it was decent the fruits tasted strange for some reason, though lastly, i do think the portion sizes were pretty impressive for the price. this was most apparent when it came to the pizza, but the pasta, desserts, and even my gnocchi were all quite large - and each all under 20 dollars i will give this restaurant props for removing 9 dollars off the price of my gnocchi after i asked to have the prawns removed - it's something that a lot of places wouldn't do - and that was nice to see
