Called ahead for a large get together. They were able to accommodate with great quality.

We were hosting a bday party and called ahead a few hours asking for 10 large pizzas. Nico and Bri were able to have everything ready at the right time and every pizza was made with quality and consistency. They made everything easier than anticipated!

I thought i found the best pizza place in town until i tried Cascadia Pizza. They exceeded my expectations and taste buds. Have visited them twice now and we absolutely love the Lolo and the Tahoma. My husband's favorite is the Lolo while mine is the Tahoma (mostly because i am obsessed with pesto sauce and this pizza hits the spot lol). Both have such a chewy crust, not burnt, and not hard to bite off. We usually order a large and it comes to about $50ish. Pizza is always usually done in 20ish minutes. Overall, we will continue to visit. We have our faves but will be down to try other pizzas down the road.

    Phenomenal!

Hot damn I love Cascadia Pizza. I live around the Puyallup area and I kid you not, there have been multiple occassions where I have driven clear out to Enumclaw or Bellevue, JUST FOR PIZZA! I cannot get enough! From the crust, to the flavors, and the cheese blend, this place is perfect in every way. This location has some covered outdoor seating options or because the Breweries in Enumclaw are legit, they allow you to bring food from other restaurants in so it's not uncommon that we grab pizza here and walk next door to Fills to enjoy a drink of two while we eat. Service is usually quick and polite! You can't go wrong here, I assure you. I do recommend the Northwestern!

My boyfriend and I love pizza and have never tried Cascadia so we gave it a shot. We were not disappointed. I got the Nona pizza and he got a Hawaiian. The price wasn't bad either for the size of a personal pizza.

Presentation of the food was good, taste was average, service was very poor, from the moment we walked up to the window, we were ignored. The 4 people working seemed way more interested in their own conversation than to be bothered by customers! We were the only people there it was 2:30 on a Saturday and they didn't seem very busy. We ordered our pizza and weee told it would be about 15 minutes, we waited almost 30 minutes for the pizzas!! The workers just seemed lazy! We sat there trying to eat our pizza and fight off the hornets the garbage can was pretty full and there was food on the ground. Super bummed because the reviews are why we chose this place. We won't go back!

I happen to come across their food truck and order a few pizzas. The staff was very friendly. The pizza was made fresh to order and smelled amazing. The size for each pizza is 10" starting at $11. The entire family enjoyed their personal pizza and look forward to them coming back into town.

Service: friendly and polite Food: simply delicious! Would recommend! Ambiance: outdoor seating- covered incase of rain

A small margherita pizza and a small tahoma pizza

It's always served quick and it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. The crust is thin and the toppings are DELICIOUS. Although, very very hot. The pizza is served outside which is also a small downside but the perfect pizza makes up for it.

    This months (October) special.

This…read moreparticular restaurant is a food stand connected to a gas station with just a couple of seats outside. They're pretty efficient so we had our food within a couple of minutes. Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.

The shop itself was pretty tiny with only a few outside spots that were covered with grass, next to a gas station. We ordered some tacos and Carne Asada fries, and surprised that the price was pretty high. They all came out to $55 dollars. I think they should update their brochures and pamphlets with the recent price changes because it seemed like all the prices went up. When we got the food, the food itself tasted pretty good. I especially liked the Carne Asada fries with the potatoes and the seasoning, with the two sauces, red and green that they give us for extra flavor. Service was attentive, they were all really sweet and nice. People came back-and-forth just to pick up the food, it seems like a local hotspot. If visiting Enumclaw again would probably visit again.

Owner was super friendly and patient, while simultaneously cooking and working on orders. Definitely made wait time a priority ALONG with customer service. I ordered a steakflo potato, no onions or sour cream, add bacon. The steak and bacon were so fresh and tender. Literally pulled off the grill and placed on top of a tender, hot potato. The meats were cooked to a perfection. Not too crispy, not under seasoned, not over powering. My partner got an OverFlo Potato. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Juicy, not overpowering in flavor, soft. It definitely made me regret not getting the chicken added. Next time I'm going to order all meats because I trust this man knows what he's doing!

Proteins were well seasoned, but shrimp one was a bit dry... a melted cheese would have perhaps made this better vs small shredded cheese. I liked the shrimp well enough to eat in one sitting. My wife made two meals of her CBR. The cake we took home and heated up later and it was very tasty and a pretty good value for $4 as we shared it and it was perfect size when split. Lemonade was pretty standard with flavor added to standard vs actual fruit.

Proper Patty ($11) - This burger comes with two smash patties, both of which are heavily salted and somewhat crisped up - the pictures from other people make it seem like they cook long enough to get lacy caramelized edges, but it's not quite to that point. Instead, the burgers, while not moist and fatty, aren't dried out either, and give a great beefy flavor. The burger sauce adds some tangy sweetness, and some pickles on top adds even more sweetness, but a very fresh crunch. It's otherwise pretty standard with the lettuce and tomato. A solid smashburger. (4/5) Fries ($5) - These are fried enough to give a crust on the potatoes, but not enough for the fries to be come crisp. Still, they aren't floppy, so while not entirely crisp, these are still good for eating especially since the insides are nice and fluffy. They are salted a lot, which combined with the salty dip (we went with the Bud's Sauce), equals a parched mouth after eating. I think they actually use a lime salt or something as I can detect a bit of citrus flavor. The Bud's Sauce is a nice mayochup mixture with I think a bit of smokiness from paprika and some chopped onion. It's sweet, tangy, and salty. (4/5) Overall Burger Buds serves some nice classic smashburgers! It's great for a visit while in town for a quick and easy meal.
